There is a $15 per individual per night fee payable to the Big Run Wolf Ranch. A refundable $75 inspection/clean up fee is required, at application time, which will be returned 14 days after check out and favorable inspection. The responsible party will be responsible for camp site clean up. For ALL MINORS, the responsible party MUST have a signed permission slip, signed by a legal guardian and given to the Big Run Ranch and/or Host prior to obtaining a camping permit. 4 Primitive TENT Camping General Tent Camping Guidelines/Rules Camp ground Location: Big Run Wolf Ranch, Camping will be permitted only in established camp grounds or designated areas. Camping is prohibited in any other areas Classification of Camps by equipment used. Tent Camp- any camp using a fabric-type shelter erected on the ground, and not a part of a trailer unity as the basic unity that has been transported to the camp site by a motor vehicle. Primitive Camp any camp using a shelter carried to a site by manual transfer cart or on the back of a camping member. Camp definitions. Camp means a single family or group occupying one site that is a designated individual site established and maintained for the sole purpose of camping including the use of a tent. Single family. A single family consists of either or both parents and unmarried children. Other family members will be considered as part of the family as long as they occupy the same shelter, but not to exceed a total of 4 adults (18 years of age or older). Camp shelter is the portable equipment used by the single family or group for bedding and housing. If more than one camp shelter is required for the single family or group, they shall occupy separate campsites. (Exceptions: Minor children (under 18) sleeping in sleeping bags or in a tent outside the family shelter are considered occupants sharing the same shelter. A group of no more than 4 occupants may occupy up to 2 or 4 one-man tents on a single campsite. Where campgrounds are laid out in defined sites, not more than one camp will be permitted on a site. Where campgrounds are not laid out in sites, the number of camps will be determined by the capacity of the existing sanitary facilities, parking areas, soil and turf conditions, and potential social conflicts between campers due to crowding and similar factors as determined Wolf Ranch staff. A camp permit may be issued for a period not to exceed 14 consecutive nights between the date of April 1 and November 30. The full amount of the camping fee is to be made payable to the Big Run Wolf Ranch; All fees must be paid 5 or more days prior to camping requested dates. Any requests for cancellation will not be accepted within 5 days of camping. Re-scheduling will be permitted based on availability of dates and site. A camper may leave his camp unoccupied at his own risk. A camp is deemed to have been abandoned if a camper does not appear to remove his camping equipment within 24 of the expiration of his camping permit. If there is a schedule conflict, Big Run Wolf Ranch will relocate the site contents to another unsecured area and wait the required 24 hours. When this occurs the Inspection fee will be forfeited.

5 Primitive TENT Camping General Tent Camping Guidelines/Rules (continue) All vehicles must be registered by license number and site number with the Ranch. No more than two standard cars are permitted in the designed Ranch parking area. Campsites are provided for reasonable quiet outdoor recreational experiences. They are not provided as locations for large group gatherings or parties which are disruptive to the normal atmosphere of the campground. During your camping visit remain in the designed area. DO NOT visit or disturb the wolves or any other penned in animal. Such activities will not be permitted and violators, who persist, will be evicted. Quiet hours shall prevail in the campground between 10 pm and 7 am. During this time no noise or light shall be emitted beyond the individual s immediate campsite that would be disturbing to others. Fires are allowed in stoves or designated areas only. Large bonfires are not permitted. For violation of these rules and regulations a camper is subject to immediate eviction. The camper, at the demand of Wolf Ranch staff, shall immediately remove all equipment and personal property. NO REFUNDS will be granted in such cases. Should there be a need for clarification or interpretations of any written or unwritten rules or regulations, concern camp ground demeanor, the Big Run Wolf Ranch Stall will have FINAL decision authority.
