Located in East Cleveland on 8/1/17, Cleared from LEADS by CVD :05: EUCLID AV LARCENY-PETTY (FREE TEXT) :58: ABBY AV VEHICLE AND/OR PLATES RECOVERED BY US Chevy Malibu stolen out of Parma recovered at Abby Av :56: RECKLESS OPERATION LAKE SHORE BLVD E 228 ST Female operated vehicle in a very reckless manner on Lakeshore Blvd :05: AGG. ROBBERY-STREET-GUN LAKE SHORE BLVD Suspect (1) pointed a black semi-automatic style pistol at the victim in her driveway, entered the driver seat of her 2013 Honda Accord, silver in color, bearing Ohio registration 454YFL, then fled the scene with a second suspect in the passenger seat. Suspect (1) described as: dark skinned black male; approximately 6' tall; heavy set; small afro hair style; wearing a white t-shirt; khaki shorts/pants. Suspect (2) described as: dark skinned black male; approximately 5' tall; skinny; afro style haircut; wearing a white t-shirt; khaki shorts/pants. at 2149 hours, police pursued this vehicle but lost it :50: FOX AV BABBITT RD THEFT-FIREARM/DANGEROUS ORDINANCE Male dropped his handgun while riding his motorcycle. When he noticed it was missing he retraced his path. He located his holster in the roadway but the firearm was gone. 2203A 15:07: EUCLID AV ATTEMPTED BREAKING AND ENTERING-FORCE ENTRY-NONRESID Person(s) tried removing / prying off door moldng on the loading dock doors to gain entry into the building. 2 7395C 15:17: LAKE SHORE BLVD DISTURBANCE - UNWANTED GUEST Complainant advised she was involved in a verbal altercation with a tenant :42: E 206 ST TELECOMMUNICATIONS HARASSMENT :51: SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY Entered home without permission :12: BABBITT RD LAKELAND BL THEFT-FIREARM/DANGEROUS ORDINANCE While using the bathroom at Sunoco a male removed his concealed handgun and set it on the toilet paper dispenser. The male left and left his handgun behind. He came back later and it was gone. Gun recovered. Cleared from LEADS by CVD. 8/1/17 EPD tr 7189C 16:56: PROPERTY DAMAGE 411 E 266 ST On Monday, July 31, 2017 officers responded to 411 E. 266 St. for a damage to the driver side mirror of a police car report. 16:23: THEFT-BIKES Stole bike from yard S LAKE SHORE BL :31: CRIMINAL TRESPASS 131 E 196 ST Neighbor trespassed onto complainants property 2 times today. This is an on going issue and the neighbor won't stop trespassing on the complainants property :14: MILTON AV OBSTRUCTING OFFICIAL BUSINESS A juvenile male was playing with a gun at Memorial Park :31: FISHER AV NEIGHBOR TROUBLE (FREE TEXT) Complainant came into the station to file a report regarding her next door neighbors, and the constant problems she is having with them. 5311H 19:13: EUCLID AV DISORDERLY CONDUCT ; INTOXICATION Police were investigating a hit skip accident. While on scene, a drunk male was discovered to be involved. The male refused to comply with the lawful orders of police and was placed under arrest. Marijuana was discovered on the male in addition to warrants for his arrest. Page #: 2

3 21:25: LAKE SHORE BLVD 5499A 4801B 21:48: I 90 EB FLEEING/ELUDING AN OFFICER - ARREST Police observed a vehicle traveling in a reckless manner on Interstate 90, east bound near E. 200th St. Police paced the vehicle and attempted a traffic stop. The suspect vehicle fled at a high rate of speed. Police went to the registered address of the vehicle and discovered the suspect still with his car. The male was arrested and multiple drugs were located inside the vehicle :55: KNUTH AV CRIMINAL DAMAGING OR ENDANGERING Complainant reports that someone or something broke the front passenger window on his vehicle. 23:08: THEFT STATIONHOUSE REPORT LAKE SHORE BLVD :10: DISTURBANCE 1501 E 191 ST male maced another with OC spray and other male fought him :11: EUCLID AV CARRYING CONCEALED WEAPON (FELONY) Police were called to an apartment for two males being shot. Police located a male near by who matched the suspect description. The male was found to have a loaded weapon on him and was found to be a felon. The male was arrested for the weapons offense. 0911A 00:39: TUNGSTEN RD 1206 ATTEMPTED MURDER-WILLFUL KILL-GUN Victim was shot in the parking lot South of Tungsten Rd. A second victim was reported at hospital with a bullet wound. Both victims were transported to hospital :04: DISORDERLY CONDUCT GARDEN DR Two females physically fighting in hallway of apartment building :21: CRIMINAL TRESPASS 458 E 222 ST Female called reporting a disturbance involving a male. Upon our arrival the tennant advised that she no longer wanted the male on her property and signed a trespass complaint form. The male was advised and sent from the area. Approximately 15 minutes later the male returned and was placed under arrest for criminal treapass :27: THREATS - GENERAL COULTER AV Two females reported to Police that three other girls were threatening them. 4 :15: BALL AV OBSTRUCTING OFFICIAL BUSINESS Call of a possible kidnapping. While investigating, a female was arrested for disorderly conduct and criminal damage and a male was arrested for obstructing official business. The kidnapping was determined to be an assault and the victim was referred to the prosecutor to pursue charges :32: E 222 ST LAKE SHORE BLVD STOPPING AFTER ACCIDENT (HIT-SKIP) 3550C 13:45: EUCLID AV DRUG PARAPHERNALIA POSSESS Employee at Speedway called police and stated that a black female left the women's bathroom with a knife and crack pipe in it. Police located the female and discovered that she had a crack pipe on her. Female was arrested :52: THEFT-FROM MAILS Unknown person(s) stole package from porch :22: EUCLID AV 398 E 236 ST UNAUTHORIZED USED OF A MOTOR VEHICLE Male took vehicle from female without permission. Male was located in another city and then transferred to Kent Police for his warrant. Vehicle was turned over to owner without incident :09: DISPLAY LICENSE PLATES E 222 ST WILMORE AV Male driver was stopped for an equipment violation and the odor of raw marijuana was detected. The male failed to comply with the officers commands and was arrested. Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia were located inside the vehicle :57: LAKE SHORE BLVD NON-CRIMINAL DAMAGE (FREE TEXT) Unknown male keyed a vehicle due to its parking in two spots. 5416C 20:49: TURN AND STOP SIGNALS EUCLID AV Police conducted a traffic stop on a 1993 Cadillac Deville, Ohio Registration (HAA6721) for a turn signal violation. Police recovered marijuana and a digital scale from the vehicle. The male was cited for several drug related offenses and traffic violations. The male was released form the scene :04: DISTURBANCE 1540 E 193 ST 538 Female states her brother is intoxicated causing a disturbance :22: RECEIVE STOLEN PROPERTY BRIARDALE AV Witness observed a black male wearing a white t-shirt and black shorts enter his neighbors residence at Briardale. Witness then observed the same male exit the residence holding a TV. The male then left on foot and was apprehended at Briardale and E. 260th with the TV in his possession. The company is a on line company :31: DAMAGE TO PROPERTY 1541 E 191 ST A female reported to Police that an unknown person(s) has been damaging her vehicle over several weeks time :42: DAMAGE TO PROPERTY SIDNEY DR Back window of vehicle shattered by unknown means :11: E 280 ST CRIMINAL DAMAGING OR ENDANGERING Unknown person or persons broke out back windows to residence :38: ANIMAL AT LARGE RENWOOD AV :36: E 246 ST CARRYING CONCEALED WEAPONS :02: CRIMINAL TRESPASS 631 E 222 ST Juvenile was found to be in the possession a concealed replica firearm on the property of the Euclid Public Library. Male juvenile was also on the trespass list of the Euclid Public Library :08: THEFT-BIKES Callers bike was stolen from Utopia Beach Club :50: THEFT-BIKES EDGECLIFF DR EDGECLIFF DR Female states her nephews bike was left unchained at beach club and was stolen :25: FRAUD (FREE TEXT) 950 E 228 ST Female gave a male $ for a rental property at 950 E. 228th St. Male provided a lease agreement and had the female signed it but is not the landlord of the property. Male was sub leasing the property without consent of the owner and has a history of completing this type of fraud. 6 :30: HALLE DR CRIMINAL DAMAGING OR ENDANGERING Female suspect placed lighter fluid in a bottle of Hennesy 5416C TURN AND STOP SIGNALS GAY ST WILLIAMS AV A vehicle was seen in a known drug area and was occupied by two males. The driver committed a traffic violation and was later stopped. While speaking with the males, they admitted to being past drug users. The driver consented to a search of his vehicle and nothing was found. The driver was issued a traffic citation :54: THEFT unknown person stole front grill off of vehicle LAKE SHORE BLVD 3550C 23:57: BABBITT RD DRUG PARAPHERNALIA POSSESS :14: CRIMINAL TRESPASS LAKE SHORE BLVD Male was causing a disturbance and was arrested for disorderly conduct intoxication :50: THEFT -- UTILITY SERVICE 246 E 214 ST Construction company used neighbors electricity and water without her permission :17: THEFT-SHOPLIFTING 877 E 200 ST Male suspect took an airconditioner from the store aisle and attempted to get money for it from the returns counter. He was cited and released on scene :52: GENESEE AV NEIGHBOR TROUBLE (FREE TEXT) Female is having problems with her neighbors after police were called :50: EUCLID AV 133 BURGLARY-NO FORCE (FREE TEXT) Items taken from apartment on two separate incidents :44: THEFT EUCLID AV A male paid $100 for what he believed to be a Playstation 4, however, the item delivered was an empty box :40: CRUELTY TO ANIMALS TRACY AV Dog found chained to a fence with no room to move or sit/lay down without choking. The dog was standing in its own feces and there was no answer at the door. The food and water dish didn't have anything in them and the dog couldn't have reached them due to the short chain it was on. The dog was taken to the animal pound. Warrants pending. Page #: 6

7 :39: THEFT-SHOPLIFTING LAKE SHORE BLVD Male shoplifter ran on foot from store while being chased by a loss prevention officer. While fleeing, the male shoplifter dropped some stolen items which were then recovered and returned to the store :51: TRACY AV BURGLARY - FORCED ENTRY - RESID Caller arrived on scene with an ex-tenant where he discovered the back door of the vacant house had been forced open :21: GRAND THEFT-VEHICLE Female states her vehicle was stolen with keys FORESTVIEW AV :09: MILLS AV LARCENY-PETTY (FREE TEXT) :11: FELONIOUS ASSAULT TRACY AV Unknown black male ordered victim into car and pistol whipped victim. Several shots were fired. 5442B 22:16: SEAT BELT PASSENGER EUCLID AV Following a traffic stop, the front passenger/owner of the vehicle, was arrested for a Felony Warrant for the Cuyahoga County Sheriffs Office. 2203A 22:23: ELINORE AV ATTEMPTED BREAKING AND ENTERING-FORCE ENTRY-NONRESID drywall being used to cover window pushed in. 5311H 01:05: LAKE SHORE BLVD DISORDERLY CONDUCT ; INTOXICATION Female suspect was creating a disturbance in a bar and was later arrested for disorderly conduct intoxication. 5707C 01:44: VEHICLE TRESPASS FORESTVIEW AV suspect broke off side mirror to vehicle and then entered the vehicle and stole a wallet. 3550C 01:55: DRUG PARAPHERNALIA POSSESS Driving under the influence of alcohol :50: TUNGSTEN RD CHARDON RD CRYSTAL AV DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL/ DRUGS Male suspect was pulled over for a traffic violation, arrested on warrant/dus, and later charged with OVI. 8 5311H 04:11: LAKELAND BL DISORDERLY CONDUCT ; INTOXICATION Intoxicated female was observed urinating on the sidewalk with her genitals fully exposed in view of Lakeland blvd. The female was issued a criminal citaiton for Disorderly Conduct Intoxication and released into the care of her friends :26: THEFT OF DRUGS 1785 E 236 ST Reporting person advised a known acquaintance stole his Rx bag :19: LAKELAND BL E 222 ST DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL/ DRUGS Female suspect was pulled over for a traffic violation and later arrested for OVI :54: FRAUD (FREE TEXT) LAKE SHORE BLVD Female was scammed out of money through a loan website. 6394C 10:06: ANIMAL CARE REQUIREMENTS NAUMANN AV Two dogs being neglected. One dog was taken by animal control :17: THEFT ABBY AV Male reporting that he suspects his sister of stealing the titles to three vehicles registered to his deceased father and an unknown amount of money. 5478D 11:36: E 210 ST N LAKELAND BL DRIVING UNDER FRA SUSPENSION Male was speeding and driving under suspension. Citations issued with traffic arrest- dus 7189C 12:04: PROPERTY DAMAGE 631 BABBITT RD Female observed scratches on the passenger side of her vehicle on at 631 Babbitt. Unknown how the scratches were caused :32: CRIMINAL TRESPASS ORMISTON AV Group of juveniles tresspassing in backyard and left prior to police arrival. The juvenilles were not located. 5425F 13:51: VEHICLE PURSUIT - NO ARREST E. 200 ST ORMISTON AV Police attempted to stop a vehicle that was entered as stolen through Cleveland PD. A short pursuit ensued. Police terminated the pursuit and no arrest was made :49: FRAUD (FREE TEXT) LAKE SHORE BLVD 661 Page #: 8

9 :56: THEFT MEREDITH AV Male left his vehicle unlocked after moving it in the early morning hours before work. He returned to find several items missing, including his wallet. Before he called the bank to report his missing card there were several unknown charges :37: BABBITT RD TELECOMMUNICATIONS HARASSMENT Female responded to the police station to report unwanted phone calls from a male that was currently charged with telecommunication harassment :40: E 216 ST BURGLARY-NO FORCE (FREE TEXT) :05: E 200 ST ROBBERY (FREE TEXT) :55: THREATS - GENERAL 1468 E 252 ST Threats (Male and female arguing over social media posts) 1353A 20:07: E 212 ST MILLER AV ATTEMPTED FEL. ASSAULT-NONFAMILY-GUN A 10 year child was the victim in a strong arm robbery. The child went to his father's barber shop and reported the crime. The father reported to police that his son was robbed at Arbor Elementary. Shortly after, two juveniles were shot at on Miller Ave. The two juveniles that were shot at were discovered to be the suspects of the strong arm robbery. One juvenile was released to his mother, the second was placed into custody :06: DISTURBANCE TREMAINE DR The father of the caller's children, has been harassing her concerning the cusody of their children. The male was sitting in the parking lot of her apartment building waiting for her to come home. The caller recognized him and continued driving. The male followed her, until she called the police :16: WESTPORT AV CRIMINAL DAMAGING OR ENDANGERING vehicle pulled up in front of home and two of the passengers shot BB's striking the victims and also the home :37: N LAKELAND BL E 260 ST DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL/ DRUGS Police observed a vehicle driving erratically. The vehicle was stopped, and the driver was found to be intoxicated. The driver was arrested and refused a breath test :38: DISTURBANCE 604 E 222 ST Police responded to a disturbance call, forced entry into a home, and found a non-cooperative female. Page #: 9

10 :28: LAKE SHORE BLVD UNAUTHORIZED USED OF A MOTOR VEHICLE Male victim's vehicle was taken without his permission. 08:53: ANIMAL AT LARGE Male reporting that he found a Pitbull CAROL AV 10:11: E 193 ST THREATS - GENERAL Male reporting that he's receiving threats from another male :38: PAM CT LARCENY-PETTY (FREE TEXT) :01: THEFT SIDNEY DR Female reporting that she suspects her friend of stealing her cell phone :28: THEFT-CREDIT CARDS LAKE SHORE BLVD Woman had her wallet stolen from Marc's by an unidentified female while she was checking out in line at the store :41: ANIMAL BITES 1522 E 250 ST The juvenile subject was scratched/bit in the face by the listed owner's Shih Tzu dog :37: E 255 ST OBSTRUCTING OFFICIAL BUSINESS Male suspect fled from traffic stop and was ultimatley detained. Male had multiple warrants as well as driving under suspension. Male was issued criminal citation EU for Obstructing Official Business :17: FRAUD (FREE TEXT) 950 E 228 ST Female paid a white male a down payment of $ for rent. Female moved some of her items inside. Male moved another family into the residence. Male did not return her property and only reimbursed $ C 17:34: LOCHERIE AV EXPIRED LICENSE PLATES 17:55: HIGHLAND RD EUCLID AV 3599 DANGEROUS DRUGS (FREE TEXT) Following a traffic stop, the driver and front passenger were arrested for Felony Possession of Marijuana. 11 2499 car missing 19:17: E 191 ST STOLEN VEHICLE (FREE TEXT) Car originally reported as stolen, and then discovered it had been repossessed. Also have Recovered by Cleveland PD 7395C 19:15: SIDNEY DR 70 DISTURBANCE - UNWANTED GUEST An ex-boyfriend came to the callers residence and left on a note on the door. The caller has past history of violence with the male and used to have a protection order against him. She wanted the incident documented :36: DISORDERLY CONDUCT SHORE CENTER DR Multiple large fights took place in front of Pla-mor roller rink. Pepper spray and pepperballs were deployed. One adult female and one juvenile female were arrested :31: DRUG ABUSE (FREE TEXT) UPPER VALLEY DR EUCLID AV Police made a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation. The traffic stop revealed vehicle owner/operator was in possession of Marijuana and a loaded handgun (CCW Permit Holder). The male was cited for Drug Abuse and his handgun was seized :13: BURGLARY-FORCED (FREE TEXT) LAKE SHORE BLVD 1901 male suspect kicked door in to apartment. Suspect left his cell phone on bed inside the apartment :25: BRUSH AV 89 BURGLARY-NO FORCE (FREE TEXT) former boyfriend entered through unlocked window :49: DISCHARGING FIREARMS E 201 LAKE SHORE BLVD While Police were on the scene of a call, a single gunshot was heard, and the round was heard going overhead of the officers. The area was checked with negative results :44: E 260 ST 90 E/B DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL/ DRUGS Female driver was sitting on the side of the freeway, was checked for welfare, and later arrested for OVI :42: EUCLID AV 107 CRIMINAL DAMAGING OR ENDANGERING Male stated his television was broken by his neighbor and another television was missing from the apartment :26: MARIJUANA-POSSESS 712 E 200 ST Traffic stop for unsafe motor vehicle / cracked windshield. Marijuana was discovered in the vehicle. The backseat passenger was arrested and the driver issued a citation. Page #: 11

One of the vehicles windows were broken off but still intact on the ground. The window was collected and processed for finger prints :05: WESTPORT AV CRIMINAL DAMAGING OR ENDANGERING GLASS PATIO TABLE SHATTERED BY UNKNOWN MEANS :01: FELONIOUS ASSAULT 90 E/B E 222 ST A male claimed he was rammed in his vehicle while on the freeway and forced into a guardrail and the vehicle that rammed him fled the scene. The male then claimed he was chased by another vehicle, exited the freeway, parked on a side street and fled through backyards on foot in order to get away. 2203A 12:40: LAKE SHORE BLVD ATTEMPTED BREAKING AND ENTERING-FORCE ENTRY-NONRESID Female reporting that a white male jumped the fence of the business that neighbors her house and is going through unlocked vehicles. 3550B 16:29: E 200 ST DRUG ABUSE INSTRUMENTS Two suspects were stealing from home depot. One suspect fled on foot and was captured. The second suspect surrendered peacefully. Both suspects were transported to jail :19: THEFT-SHOPLIFTING SHORE CENTER DR Male removed items from packaging, concealed them, and passed the point of sale without purchasing said items. 8929F 16:06: PRIDAY AV K9 USAGE - BUILDING SEARCH K9 Deployment into vacant house :02: E 200 ST MAKING FALSE REPORT / FALSIFICATION Suspect concealed items in his waistband then attempted to leave the store without paying. After he was apprehended by store security he falsified his name, DOB, and SSN :19: CRUELTY TO ANIMALS Cat possibly shot in head with metal BB. 3550B 19:26: DRUG ABUSE INSTRUMENTS 1458 KNUTH AV EUCLID AV Female arrested for drug abuse instruments. Suspected heroin was then located on female inside the jail. Page #: 12

13 5311H 19:39: LAKE SHORE BLVD DISORDERLY CONDUCT ; INTOXICATION Male subject was intoxicated in public. Male had slurred speech and unable to stand without assistance. Male also could not remember where he lived. 5707C 20:35: VEHICLE TRESPASS LAKE SHORE BLVD Female reported her mother-in-law observed a white male, described as in his mid 30's, approximately 5'08, medium build, short blonde hair with glasses enter the fenced in lot of Xcellent Auto repair, take items from a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer, black in color, bearing Ohio registration FPJ6401, and then fled the scene westbound on Lakeshore Blvd. in a red pick up truck :14: E 215 ST NICHOLAS AV COMPLAINTS - JUVENILE (FREE TEXT) Three juveniles advised to get home because they were past curfew. They told me they were headed home. About 30 minutes later they were found on another side street and in possession of four bikes. They were unable to tell me where the fourth bike came from. They were taken into police custody and turned over to their parents. They were charged with a curfew violation. 23:55: DISTURBANCE Family dispute at Mitchell's Lounge EUCLID AV 17:00: E 216 ST 2203A ATTEMPTED BREAKING AND ENTERING-FORCE ENTRY-NONRESID An unknown suspect attempted to gain entry into 165 E. 216th St. The suspect was unsuccessful.
