Address: 700 E Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Traffic stop, defendant was in possession of marijuana. NTA given. Crime: Auto Theft - Other Address: 831 Tivoli Cir, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Suspect stole red moped from parking lot overnight. 2 Description: Victim advised someone stole her social security card from her purse sometime yesterday between 6-7 pm while she was at the park area of Women in Distress. Case card issued. Address: 445 Sw 2nd St, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Unknown subjects started small trash can fire and spray painted the trash can with black paint at the Oveta McKeithan Rec Complex located at 445 SW 2nd St. Crime: Auto Theft - Motorcycle Address: 660 Cypress Club Way, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Made contact with W/F who said that her 2002 white Honda CBR 600 worth $5, was stolen from her parking space #334 while she was at work. Address: 641 S Ocean Dr, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Owner of the Deerfield Beach Resort stated W/F who had been renting a room for the past six months and she was told she had to leave on 12/02/17. W/F returned stating the owner owed her money. Owner had hotel motel license and W/F was advised he could tell her to leave the property at anytime. W/ F issued case card advised she had an attorney. Owner stated he needed items that were stolen from the room the W/F had rented reported, Owner issued case card. Address: 3601 N Dixie Hwy, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Subject arrest on charge of Marijuana-possession Of Cannabis/ synthetic Less Than 20 Grams. Crime: Battery Address: 241 Nw 4th St, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Victim was slapped multiple times in the face by suspect, causing a small laceration to the inside of the victim's lower lip. Victim declined medical treatment. Suspect fled area before deputies arrived. Out-of-custody PC completed.

On November 19, he wore his wedding ring which is from a previous marriage to Church, and when he returned he took it off and placed it on plastic stand with his other jewelry. On November 24, he noticed the ring missing. He asked subject about the ring and they blew up at him. Since then they have asked him to leave. Address: 820 Sw 12th Ct, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Unknown person stole a credit card from the victim's vehicle unknown if the vehicle was parked or if a guest in the vehicle took it. Address: 175 Sw 3rd St, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Responded to 175 Sw 3rd St reference to a suspicious vehicle parked in the back yard. A check of the vehicle FL-tag DPFZ09 attached to the silver Toyota Corolla revealed the tag was reported stolen out of Pompano Beach FL. A check of the VIN (vin# 5YFBURE1GP453884) on OSSI revealed the vehicle was stolen out of Pompano. Crime: Violation Of Court Order Address: 3395 Sw 4th St, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Subject arrested on chrg of Sex Offender Violation-fail To Comply With Registration Law. 4 Address: 950 S Ocean Dr, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Unknown dark skinned female, unknown race, wearing a multicolored dress, bumped into victim at the pool area of the Embassy Suites Hotel and pick pocketed his wallet. Video negative at this time. Address: 360 Ne 19th Av, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Victim reported known subject named stole property, Camera Equipment, and other electronics valued at approximately $2, Dollars. The victim provided a pawn slip that has the perps name on it and alleges it has some of victim's property listed on it. Address: 225 S Federal Hwy, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: ID/ Grand Theft. Address: 264 Ne 44th Ct, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: The Victim advised that an unknown subject(s) broke bathroom window and one rear window. The windows shattered but did not break. No entry was made into the home. Crime: Burglary Residence Address: 4364 Nw 9th Av, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Unknown subject(s) entered an unlocked door and stole items. Crime: Lost Property Address: 5200 Ne 5th Ter, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Subject had lost their wallet containing Passport, Resident Card, Social Security card. Crime: Burglary Conveyance Address: 430 Se 11th St, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Responded to location in reference to a delayed burglary to a vehicle. A 2014 black Mercedes bearing Florida license plate GQTF91. The owner parked her vehicle in the parking lot at approximately 12g15 AM. At approximately

5 8g15 AM, the driver door window was observed smashed. Further investigation revealed the owner left her black wallet inside near the cupholders. The contents of wallet consist of l 0-12 credit cards, FL D/L, Macy's $300 gift card, $50.00 cash, loose US coins, and a medical insurance card. Crime: Auto Theft Address: 4167 N Dixie Hwy, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Unknown suspect(s) stolen a vehicle from the rear of the business. The keys were left in the vehicle and left in an unknown direction. No cameras are working in the rear of the business. Crime: Property Damage Address: 124 Sw 1st Ct, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Landlord wanted to report that someone damage the water faucet handle. Address: 431 Se 13th Ct, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Victim ordered clothing tape from Amazon, valued at $7.00, and her package was delivered on October 29, 2017, at 4g00 PM, via UPS, and placed at her front door. The following day when she returned home, the package was missing. She received a photo from UPS displaying the package being delivered. The property manager has video surveillance which displays two subjects walking the hallway of the building and also leaving with the package. Crime: Theft - Retail / Shoplifting Address: 1041 E Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Known subject walked into the Liquor Store of Walgreens and removed a bottle of Jim Beam. Subject said to the clerk I will leave you my bag full of my stuff and take this and come back later. Subject was gone upon arrival. Electronics were stolen, no signs of forced entry was found. Crime: Robbery By Sudden Snatching Address: Sw 32nd Ave/ W Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Victim was robbed of his phone by unknown subjects in an unknown white 2 door vehicle. Crime: Burglary Conveyance Address: 3992 W Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Unknown suspect(s) entered the victims vehicle's trunk and took purse along with everything in it. Crime: Battery Address: 1337 S Dixie Hwy, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Unknown suspect punched the victim multiple times causing bleeding and swelling of the mouth and right eye. Crime: Fraud-All Other Address: 3599 W Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach, FL Report Date: 12/09/2017 Description: Complainant states that his debit card (number) was used fraudently at Target 3599 W. Hillsboro Blvd. in the amount of $206. Complainant lives in Louisiana and had his debit card in his possession at the time of the charge. Address: 299 W Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach, FL Report Date: 12/09/2017 Description: Defendant refused to leave Marathon gas station after Store manager told him to leave. I observed a clear plastic bag containing green leafy subtstance coming out of the Defendants pocket. The Defendant was taken to BSO JAC without further incident. Address: 621 Nw 2nd Av, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Defendant was released on NTA for Possession of Under 20 Grams of Cannabis.

7 Address: 3001 Deer Creek Country Club Blvd, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: The victim came out of her place of employment at 5pm and she discovered x3 three of her car tires flat. When she pulled on her drivers side door handle it came off in her hand. Prior in the day the management of the Forum At Deer Creek had terminated the employment of the suspect at a 2g30pm staff meeting. The victim was the supervisor of the suspect. BWC. Crime: Lost Property Address: 710 S Federal Hwy, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Caller left his wallet on the roof of his car while pumping gas. He forgot about it and drove off. He realized 20 minutes later and could not find it after re-tracing his steps. Inside the wallet was $700 cash, debit card, school ID and FL DL. Crime: Battery Address: 219 Sw 8th St, Deerfield Beach, FL Description: Both parties advised the other struck them first during an argument over finances. No independent witness for the entire incident. No apparent injuries to either party, photos taken. Both parties refused to provide a sworn taped statement reference this incident, these refusals were taped.
