Upon my arrival I would speak with complainant, other JVs and mother. I would advised that the JV female had argued and slapped another JV female. No visual signs of injury. I would speak with JV female and she advised ongoing issues with mother and other JVs in the household. I then spoke with mother and attempted to find resolution (Court and social services) to ongoing issue. Mother advised that these services are already in place and being utilized. I advised both parties to contact law enforcement in the future should early intervention be required before situation escalates. No further police action taken. Complainant advised license plate of XXXXXX. I believed this to be the vehicle regularly driven by XXXXX XXXX. After clearing from residence, I would locate XXXXXX vehicle to be parked in the parking lot of XXX XX Waterville. XXXXXX vehicle displays license plate XXXXXX and match description given. No one around vehicle. This officer will issue citation for loud exhaust next time observed being driven. I was told vehicle last seen traveling south on Park Ave. I drove from Hwy 99 north on Park Ave. I met no vehicle matching description given. No license plate # was obtained by Complainant.
