1 NEWSLETTER - JUNE 2017 We re Manning The PANIC Stations One of the side-effects of being in a state of panic, is that you can t remember where any of the panic buttons dotted around your house are. One of the side-effects of having a life is that you aren t always at home when you re involved in an emergency situation anyway. Now you can carry your panic with you wherever you go (not the feeling, the solution). It s like our call us In Case of Anything number, but in app form. Features: Armed panic/fire/medical response 24/7 Silent alarm from any smartphone Response to your precise GPS location* Use it at home or on the road No installation costs Special packages for body corporates. Ideal for teens, moms and the elderly. *Terms and conditions apply. IN CASE OF ANYTHING f f f
2 This is a brief summary of just some of the things that have happened in your neighbourhood (and ours) over the last month. Remember, you can call us In Case Of Anything. Here s the proof. SPECIAL FEATURE Don t Panic Chances are you know all about our In Case of Anything Number. You know, the number you can call, you guessed it, in case of anything (related to an emergency). Its one of the little things we do to help you and your family feel safer. But sometimes, in times of crisis, its hard to assess a situation and dial a number with shaking hands, especially if it isn t loaded into your phone (sort that out by the way, right now we ll wait), its really much easier to hurl yourself towards a panic button and send us a distress signal like that. So, we thought we d simplify the process even more for you, by introducing our brand new Marshall Security Smartphone app (with GPS Panic), powered by ICE Plus. We like to think of it as our Press This In Case of Panic button and really that s exactly what it is. We all have our phones on us all the time, they are affixed to our fingertips, so let s use them to simplify the process of calling for help. Whether you are in your home, driving in your car, dropping the kids off at school, locking up at your office, stopping at the service station to pick up milk, wherever, whatever if there is anything that sets your inner alarm bells ringing (or your spider senses tingling), hit our handy panic button on your phone and we will come running. Our app has a built in GPS locator so that we can pinpoint the exact location you sent us your distress signal from. The app will also phone home as it were, by sending anyone you have listed (family and/or friends) a notification that you set off the panic, where you set it off and that you may require assistance. We ll already be on our way to you though. Panic signals are prioritised and we will dispatch a vehicle to your aid prior to even calling you to find out what is wrong. Following that conversation we will rally the right emergency services to help us help you. HOW IT WORKS 1. The application sends our control room (emergency dispatch centre) the panic signal. 2. Our control room immediately dispatches a reaction unit to your co-ordinates, as per your location when you hit the panic button. 3. Our control room will make audio contact with you while the vehicle is en route to find out the nature of the emergency. 4. Our control room will call the relevant emergency services to aid us in your situation. Please note, our app currently can t be found on the app stores (we re working on that, we promise) but, if you are a Marshall client and are interested in finding out more, please call our In Case of Anything number. One of our team will take you through the details, register you and send you a download link.

Our English Bulldog managed to escape our yard this morning without us knowing and when we noticed him gone we started searching and driving around the neighbourhood to try and find him. We asked the Marshall security patrol man if he has seen white bulldog and he confirmed that he picked it up and took it to Ashburn vet.
