Unit 114 responded Animal Complaint A2 Parking Lot Advised Complainant called to report a dog inside a vehicle with the windows rolled up. Handled by Unit Noise Violation Gone on Dawes Ave Arrival Complainant called to report several vehicles stopped in front of engineering building making a lot of noise and 3 other vehicles parked on Dawes Ave. Unit 190 responded and determined vehicles gone on arrival Hit Run B-1 Lot WO

25 Complainant reported that she parked her vehicle in the B-1 lot on between and upon returning observed damage to her right rear silver Toyota highlander s bumper. Handled by Unit 545. TOT Fairfax Police Service CA County (Drunk in Public) Parking Lot Police Complainant reported seeing an unknown male in the CA building who was possibly drunk. Security Officer observed the unknown person get into and out of a vehicle that could not be started because of a Breathalyzer device. New Horizon Security Guard turned incident over to Fairfax County Police. Unit 229 wrote a follow-up report under NOVA PD Case number CG Library (Trespassing) Complainant notified police about a women who was acting odd in the library. Upon further investigation Unit 229 issued the women a no trespass order Gone on Police Service CM Arrival Cleaning supervisor call to report an unknown male sleeping in CM 311. Unit 290 responded with unknown male gone on arrival. TOT Parking Arlington Arlington Larceny Garage Center County Police Complainant reported that a student s bicycle had been stolen from the parking garage area. Incident turned over to Arlington County Police. Disorderly MH 223 MA Dispatch received a panic button for a disorderly student. Student was swearing at professor. Handled by unit 413. Obstruction of LR LO Justice Complainant advised an unknown suspect approached her and made statements about a previous case being investigated by NOVA PD. Complainant felt threated and intimidated which caused her to notify NOVA Police. taken by Unit 332. TOT Fairfax Pender/ Lost or Stolen Pender County Fairfax Police Complainant reported to leaving her engagement ring in the bathroom after washing her hands and upon returning it was no longer there. Turned over to Fairfax County Police. Disorderly CT Complainant reported a student stood up in class and started shouting and then packed his belongings and left. Unit 112 was flagged down at Metro Bus Stop by the complainant who advised they observed a man who was masterbating at the bus stop. Turned over to Alexandria Police Department. Lost or Stolen CS116 (Larceny) Complainant who was completing inventory discovered two microscopes missing and reported them missing. Handled by Unit Larceny CW Computer stolen from employee s work station. Unit 263 handled Barnes Larceny Noble Café LO st Floor LR Complainant reported the Coca-Cola refrigerator located by the Café was tampered with several bottled drinks taken from within. Call handled by Unit rd Floor Larceny 1425 Unknown CW Complainant called to report her personal laptop was missing from her work station. Handled by Unit 263. Police Service LR LO (Simple Assault) Verbal argument ensued over work related issues and contractor for cleaning crew pushed a cart and threw keys at the complainant. Complainant did not wish to pursue charges. Unit 332 wrote the report. No Police Action Public Service Metro Bus (Indecent Stop TOT to Exposure) Alexandria PD Unit 112 was flagged down at Metro Bus Stop by the complainant who advised they observed a man who was masterbating at the bus stop. 27 Complainant upon returning to retrieve his found wallet advised there was money which had been taken from his wallet. Handled by Unit Gone on CA Arrival Complainant reported to seeing an unknown white/ male holding an open textbook asking females on the campus for their numbers. Handled by Unit 229. Vandalism/ LM LO Property Damage of a broken window on state vehicle. Determined to be a facilities person using a week wacker which caused a rock to fly and break the window. written by Unit Parking Noise Violation Unfounded Lots Complainant/ Neighbor called to report a motorized vehicle making noise out at the back of the parking lot. Complainant reported that the vehicle was very loud and she was trying to sleep. Unit 290 determined facilities were onsite repainting the lots lines B-3 Lot Advised Vehicle Complainant called to report a suspicious vehicle parked in B-3 Lot. Unit 190 checked and advised student had arrived early and was waiting for class to start. Non Clery Geography Robbery TOT Bk. Alexandria Echols PD Complainant reported he had been robbed in the 5000 block of Echols by two unknown individuals. This occurred outside of the Alexandria Campus Clery Geography. Incident turned over to Alexandria Police Department. Unit 114 handled incident. Alexandria PD made notification the reported incident was unfounded. Disorderly AA TOT Dean of Students Complainant activated the panic button and advised a student was irate and disrespectful and was refusing to leave the classroom. Officer conducted a field interview and referred case to Dean of Students. Lower Level Dawes Vehicle Garage Call initiated by Unit 118 who conducted a field interview of occupants.

Handled by Unit 500 and referred to Dean of Students LR LO Unfounded Activity Security Officer found a suspicious bag which was checked out by Loudoun County Sheriff s Deputies. Call handled by LO Security Officer Harassment Complainant reported that a person was threatening and harassing them and the dispute originated from room rental charges and contract problems. Handled by Unit Simple Assault AA Professor reported to having a soiled diaper thrown at him by a student. TOT to Dean of Student s. Handled by Unit Counseling Larceny 1120 unknown Center While conducting inventory of the departmental computers one laptop computer was discovered missing. Handled by Unit Gone on Lake Dr Arrival Complainant reported an unknown B/F was approaching vehicles asking for a ride home. Handled by Unit Police Service CG112B Assisted Professor reported seeing a student go into CG112B and lock the doors. Professor stated student also was set up with a sleeping bag and makeshift tent. Handled by Unit Police Service CN Complainant reported that her son had not come home the previous night and wanted an officer to check to see if he had arrived for class. Unit 242 checked with negative results Gone on B-3 Lot Arrival Suspect was observed flashing gang signs while in a vehicle and upon exiting. Incident handled by Unit No Police Hit Run B Action Honda Civic 2013 Grey in color. Incident handled by Unit 216.

29 Larceny LR Café LO Restroom Complainant left her cell phone in the restroom and upon returning discovered it missing. taken by Unit Hit Run B-1 Lot Complainant reported that she returned to her vehicle which was parked in the B-1 Lot at or about 1240 to discover her passenger side mirror had been broken. taken by Unit Dating Violence B-2 Parking Simple Assault Lot The incident originally came into dispatch as a Strong Arm Robbery/ Aggravated Assault. An emergency notification was sent via text message and . After further investigation the incident was reclassified as a Dating Violence/ Simple Assault. Follow-up emergency notification posted on-line. taken by Unit 70. Title IX notified AA Individual was found sleeping in AA147 when the door was unlocked for the day. Suspect identified. taken by Unit Larceny Unfounded College property was reported missing which was located. Unit Hit Run Parking Garage 1530 Complainant reported to parking his vehicle at 1010 upon returning at 1530 discovered damage to the driver s side of his vehicle. Offender identified and info exchanged. Unit 229 Construction Larceny Site WO New Building Construction worker reported to having left his phone in the bathroom and upon returning to retrieving the phone discovering it missing. Unit Police Service CM222 Assisted Professor requested police assistance during his class when he would be asking the student to leave in order to see the Dean of Students. Student left without incident. Unit Larceny CA

30 Complainant reported to having left their black leather boots in the office under the desk which turned up missing. Unit CG CF Complainant reported being approached by an unknown white/male (approx.: 5 8, 150lbs, late 20 s to 30 s) who began to speak with the complainant. Complainant thought the interaction was weird and wanted the police to be informed. Unit 661 TOT Disorderly AA 428 Dean of Students ing person called to report a student talking very loud. The student was asked several time to quiet down but failed to do so. TOT to Dean of Students by Unit 114 for follow-up. Fire CA Assisted (Evacuation) Building fire alarm set off by smoke generated from a contractor which caused the building to be evacuated. No fire, building reoccupied without incident. Unit Trespassing CG TOT Dean of Students Officer observed a banned individual in the CG building. Individual escorted off campus grounds and turn over to Dean of Students for follow-up. Unit 290

Title IX notified and Clery form requested of professor Parking Activity Garage Unfounded Complainant reported seeing an unknown male walking around looking into the windows of vehicles. Unit 229 responded Police Service CA Unit 216 assisting a student setting up NOVA Alert and LiveSafe App on their phone Vandalism A-2 Lot Complainant upon returning to her vehicle discovered someone had thrown white powder all over her vehicle. Incident handled by Unit Threats CA NOVACares Complainant reported to having felt threatened by a student. Unit 223 responded to assist. Unit 223 wrote a report and advised complainant on submitting a NOVACares report No Police CT Vehicle Action Unit 227 out with a vehicle parked on the sidewalk of CT. 32 Unit 335 out with a suspicious vehicle which turned out to be waiting for a person to pick-up Stalking Cyber 1527 Complainant reported to receiving harassing s and communications from an ex. Handled by Unit B-4 Lot LO Vehicle Unit 335 out with a suspicious vehicle occupied by an adult and juvenile. Unit 335 report taken Hit Run B-1 Parking 1200 LO 1742 Lot 1600 Complainant reported her vehicle (white Toyota Camry) was struck while parked in the B-1 Lot. Unit 335 handled call Welfare Check WC WO Assisted Unit 545 out with a 6 year old unattended child. Unit 545 assisted Public Service LR 249A LO Assisted Complainant reported an unknown male being unruly. Unit 335 responded and determined it was a customer service issue with no disorder CA Assisted Complainant observed an unknown person leaning over the top of a nearby building to CA. Unit 216 followed-up and determined contractors were working on the roof. Handled by Police Service Non Clery Geography Complainant reported theft of state property at the complainant s residence which was investigated under Alexandria City Police report number Handled by Unit Harassment Hallway and MEC Elevator Complainant reported her sister while on the MEC campus on two different occasions while in the hallway and elevator had statements made to her that made her feel uncomfortable. taken by Unit Hit Run B4 Parking LO 1750 Unknown Lot Complainant reported that upon returning to her vehicle after class she noticed damage to her left bumper. taken by Unit Hazmat Incident Parking Garage

33 Gas was found to be leaking from the fuel tank of a vehicle. Parking garage was evacuated and necessary action taken for vehicle to be towed safely. Parking garage reopened and unit 242 wrote the report. Receptacle Assisted Smoke near LR LO TOT to Investigation building Facilities Unit 335 reported to have received a notification that a receptacle near the LR building had smoke coming from it. Unit 335 advised he does not need fire response and TOT to facilities Noise Violation B-7 Lot Unfounded Caller reported that she heard a vehicle s car alarm going off in the B-7 lot which was disturbing her residence. Unit 229 responded and was unable to locate vehicle.
