He was informed that it is a scam Radio - MV ACCIDENT/PROP DAM INVESTIGATED Location/Address: 12 GRANITE ST Narrative: Stephanie Higley, 20, of Peterborough was southbound on Granite St in a 2011 Toyota Camry and stopped to turn into a driveway. Anthony Brothers, 17, of Dublin was behind Higley in a 2012 VW Passat and stopped behind her when he was rearended by a 2013 Buick Regal driven by Timothy Zalenski, 50, of Lyndeborough. The VW had minor damage to the right rear corner. The Buick had significant damage to the right front corner and surrounding area. There were no injuries, and both vehicles were driven away. He was given an operator s report to fill out, and the deer was not located. She was told it was not a police matter. Capt Belletete advised the other party of her request, and she stated that no one is going onto the property and even if they did, they have the right to do so to fix the pipe under the easement. 3 Narrative: A resident reported someone entered her residence, and some items were taken. Case opened. What she described did not fit statutory language for harassment, but she was encouraged to speak with her landlord about these issues. She was also advised of her option of going to the court to get a Stalking Order Radio - MOTOR VEHICLE COMPLAINT VERBAL WARNING Location/Address: OLD STREET RD Narrative: A motorist reported following a vehicle to the hospital that had been driving over the center line with on-coming traffic. Ofc Kolb located the vehicle on Old Street Rd and stopped it. The driver was not impaired and said she drove into the hospital parking lot because she noticed somebody had been following her. Officers spoke to both parties and opened a case for disorderly conduct. The dog went into its back yard. It was found there was no clown and the rumor started about the clown in the woods but it was not true.
