1 Daily Crime Log, March 2015 This disposition designates a case that is under investigation or has otherwise not been closed or referred to another agency or Department. This disposition designates a case that is pending court action or has been referred to another agency or court. Simple Battery - Two students were involved in an altercation where both parties had physical contact with the other. Both subjects refused criminal charges and were referred to Student Conduct. Lost Property - A Housing RA reported the Housing Duty Phone missing. Miscellaneous - A student reported their gym bag apeared to be rummaged through but nothing was reported missing. Accidental Damage - A student reported getting the bumper of their car stuck on a cement parking bumper. The car sustained minor damage. Golf Cart Policy Violation - An employee left a golf cart unattended with the keys in the ignition. Tennessee at SGA Drive Theft - An employee reported a missing stop sign. seat belt and expried registration.

Cyberstalking - A student reported that their facebook account was hacked. Arrest - A student was arrested for noise ordinance, no seat belt and resisting an officer by flight. General Pershing at Virginia Auto Crash - No injuries reported at the scene. Ned McGehee at Friendship Circle Sims Library running a stop sign and careless operation. Simple Criminal Damage to Property - A student reported that someone damaged their vehicled while it was parked. Louisiana Hall Lost Property - A student reported items missing the laundromat :36 PM 2:36 PM Ford Street at General Pershing Traffic Violation - A student was issued a state citation for disregarding a police signal and cell phone use in a school zone :43 PM 4:40 PM New Student Union Student Conduct - Two students were involved in a verbal argument.
