2 Savills has started 2015 with close to 1 billion of sales instructions in central London, which reflects our capability in handling sales of some of the capital s most prominent buildings. We have more large sales than any other agent in London at the moment and are already close to putting several of these buildings under offer. International appetite remains very strong and we don t expect any weakening in buyer activity over the course of this year.
