3 In the wake of the 2009 recession, 2010 proved to be a year of consolidation for Montreal s real estate industry a reality which the high tech sector did not escape. Indeed, many investment projects were either postponed or cancelled during the year. However, the end of the year showed positive signs which give us cause for optimism and we predict better development prospects for Despite the uncertainty, we pursued our diversification efforts by completing the Master Plan of our Éco-campus Hubert Reeves dedicated to clean technology companies. We also pursued our development efforts on the Island of Montreal by joining forces with the Société du quartier de la santé to present the Norman-Bethune Public Health Campus, a wide-scale project developed with leading public health players from government and academia. Over the coming year, other joint projects involving Technoparc Montréal should also be launched on the Island of Montreal. On behalf of the whole team at Technoparc Montréal and its partners, I am therefore pleased to present you with our 2010 Activities Report. Enjoy! Mario Monette President and Chief Executive Officer MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT 1

This platform is part of its sustainable development policy and involves projects targeting clean technologies. Several prestigious partners have already expressed interest in helping to make the Saint-Laurent Campus green. True to its cutting edge values, Technoparc Montréal lived up to its sustainable development commitment when it announced its new Éco-campus Hubert Reeves, soon to become the largest research site dedicated to developing clean technologies. Our informed choices and innovative efforts are what will ensure our success. The Éco-campus Hubert Reeves will prove that profitability and environmental responsibility can indeed go hand in hand.
