The event is not open to non-trade visitors (electronic pre-registration via WA publishing is necessary).

10 WHY? HAPTICA live demonstrates the advertising power of haptic advertising to all of the market participants in a compact form. A product show, exhibitions, lectures, an award ceremony and networking are united under one roof on one day. This saves time and provides stimulation for one s own business.

11 HOW MUCH DOES IT COST THE VISITORS? There is no entrance fee for the product presentations, award ceremony and lecture programme. It is however necessary to pre-register for the event and exclusively trade visitors are allowed admission. Attending the evening event costs 50 Euros per person (incl. catering). VIP guests are granted free admission to the evening event.

13 WHAT IS GOING TO happen AT THE Promotional Gift Award 2013 PRIZE CEREMONY? The Promotional Gift Award is a promotional products communications prize, which is being organised by WA Publishing for the eleventh time in Innovative promotional products, product range concepts and promotional products campaigns are distinguished, which excel as a result of their creativity and quality. A jury of experts inspect the submitted items at the end of this year and subsequently select the winners. All of the award-winning products (approx. 25 to 35) will be on display live in the form of a special exhibition at HAPTICA live. Furthermore, the winners will be presented with their trophies in Cologne on March 20. Accompanied by short clips of music and an introduction of the prize-winning items, the winners are offered an exceptional platform. Each Promotional Gift Award 2013 award winner receives four VIP tickets entitling the ticket holders to attend the HAPTICA live incl. the evening event.

14 WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR THE EVENING EVENT? The get-together is a networking event. VIP guests, exhibitors and Promotional Gift Award 2013 prize-winners receive free admission. All other industry players can purchase entrance tickets for 50 Euros. The catering provided is free for all guests.
