4 4 Capability Statement About Indus Indus is a leading national provider of civil and mining services. Indus is headquartered in Perth and has an extensive track record for delivering challenging projects in remote locations such as the Pilbara, Mid West and Great Southern. The business employs over 150 people nationally and has been focused on mining and civil infrastructure projects for over 10 years. Our collaborative approach with clients enables us to deliver a broad range of mining and civil works tailored to each unique operating environment, encompassing a range of commodities including iron ore, gold, mineral sands and coal, as well as local and Government agency projects. We own, operate and maintain our own fleet and self perform the majority of our projects. 7 Capability Statement Capabilities Indus owns and operates an extensive plant fleet which forms an important part of our tailored services to clients and gives us the ability to mobilise quickly from anywhere in the country. PLANT The mobile fleet includes dump trucks, dozers, surface miners, drills, excavators, graders, wheel loaders, scrapers, water trucks, trailers, tippers, backhoes and backhoe loaders, rollers, forklifts and bobcats. This plant services projects from open cut mining to road works, topsoil stripping and bulk earthworks. Our fleet undergoes regular planned maintenance and is operated by fully qualified and highly trained personnel. Indus Civil & Mining has the ability to acquire new equipment and update our fleet when required, to ensure clients receive a service complete with the latest technology. One of Indus core values is innovation. We have closely worked with equipment manufacturers to trial new technologies that provide our customers with more efficient and lower cost solutions. An example of Indus innovative approach is the adoption of machines that use technology to create significant fuel consumption reduction.

13 13 RESOURCE AND ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE 2018 Capability Statement Muja Power Station Fly Ash Dam Embankment Lift Collie, Western Australia Indus has been contracted to construct an embankment raise on a Fly Ash Dam (FAD) along with associated drainage and infrastructure works. Additional load and haul work to empty the Bottom Ash Dam (BAD) (120,000 BCM). DeGrussa Copper Mine Tailings Storage Facility North of Meekatharra, Western Australia Indus was involved with the DeGrussa Cooper Mine Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) from its inception and further lifts. Indus constructed the initial TSF in 2012, returned to construct Lift 1 in 2013 and most recently Lift 2 construction was completed in $2 Million Synergy Construction, earthworks and drainage $12 Million Sandfire Resources TSF construction, earthworks, HDPE membrane and electrical Nova Nickel Project Tailings Storage Facility Norseman, Western Australia The tailings storage facility for Sirius Resources Nova Nickel Project featured an aboveground impoundment covering 65 hectares with a maximum embankment height of 13.5m containing 800,000m3. A composite liner system consisting of 300mm clay and a 2mm HDPE liner and an area of 570,000m2 was installed across the basin footprint and embankment walls. Tropicana Gold Project Tailings Storage Facility North-east of Kalgoorlie, Western Australia The TSF consisted of 180,000m3 of low permeability material placed 6m wide on the face of an existing embankment. The floor of the facility was lined with a 200mm thick low permeability liner and 200mm sand protection layer totalling 1,800,000m2 with 230,000m2 lined with a 1.5mm HDPE liner. $18 Million 2015 $24 Million Sirius Resources Construction of a new tailing storage facility AngloGold Ashanti Construction of a new tailing storage facility

14 14 Capability Statement RESOURCE AND ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE Tropicana Gold Project Airstrip North-east of Kalgoorlie, Western Australia The Tropicana Gold Airstrip and Bulk Earthworks project is located approximately 330km east northeast of Kalgoorlie Western Australia. The project comprised construction of an airstrip including the runway seal, Plant Pad (300,000m3 cut/fill/waste), a 250m road and 200m Primary Diversion Channel 1. Kwinana Hydrogen Plant Kwinana, Western Australia Works on this two-stage contract involved earthworks and the installation of stormwater drainage, oily water drainage, a fire water system, pulling pits and conduits for electrical and instrumental cables and the construction of reinforced concrete footings. $14 Million $3 Million AngloGold Ashanti Airstrip construction and bulk earthworks BHP Billiton Upgrade works Kanowna Belle Tailings Storage Facility Kalgoolie, WA The project covered the construction of the starter embankments, decant access causeways, decant structures, under drainage and associated infrastructure for a tailings storage facility located at Kanowna Belle Gold mine Jundee Tailings Storage Facility Located near Wiluna WA, approximately 1000km North East of Perth The project involved the raising of TSF#1 and TSF #2. This involves bulk earthworks to raise the perimeter embankments using compacted mine waste which will be sourced from stock piles up to 41 cm away. 15 15 WATER AND MARINE INFRASTRUCTURE 2018 Capability Statement Toodyay Treated Wastewater Storage Dam Remedial Works Toodyay, Western Australia Contracted to undertake remedial works to an existing waste water storage dam. Works included the plumbing out of sludge, removal or gravel, HDPE liner and sand layers, construction of a clay liner and stabilisation of the downstream face with cement stabilised road base. Decommissioning of Port Hedland Waste Water Treatment Plant Port Hedland, Western Australia This project consisted of the removal of all pipe networks within the battery limits of the site; approximately 5km of pipes including removal of all associated valves. All existing structures were removed and disposed offsite to a licensed waste facility. $2 Million 2017 $3 Million 2015 Water Corporation of Western Australia Remedial works Water Corporation of Western Australia Removal of redundant pipework Logue Brook Dam Spillway Remedial Works Harvey, Western Australia Indus completed these project works to upgrade the spillway at Logue Brook Dam. Works involved demolition of the existing spillway and bridge and construction of a new spillway comprising 2,500m3 of reinforced concrete, a new bridge and associated works. Cockatoo Island Operations - Seawall Stage 4 Cockatoo Island, Western Australia Watpac constructed Stage 4 of a new seawall embankment to allow Pluton Resources to expand mining operations on Cockatoo Island. The 260m seawall comprises approximately 100,000m3 of controlled rock fill and rock armour. $9 Million $13 Million Water Corporation of Western Australia Upgrade works Pluton Resources Construction of a new seawall embankment

16 16 Capability Statement WATER AND MARINE INFRASTRUCTURE Samson Brook Dam Remedial Work Waroona, Western Australia Samson Brook Dam is a 31m high zoned earthfill/rockfill embankment located on Samson Brook approximately 110km south-east of Perth. Constructed between 1938 and 1941, the structure impounds a storage of 8 Gigalitres and is used as a source for irrigation and public water supplies. Jurien Bay Boat Ramps Jurien Bay, Western Australia The Department of Transport undertook expansion works to the existing boat launching ramp at Jurien Bay Harbour to overcome the congestion on both land and water at the existing facility. Indus widened the existing boat ramp and constructed two additional ramps to double its capacity. Modifications and extensions to the existing car park were also constructed. $13 Million $1 Million 2012 Water Corporation of Western Australia Repair, restoration and rehabilitation works Transfield Services Coastal Infrastructure expansion works Binningup Desalination Plant Binningup, Western Australia This contract involved the excavation, installation and backfill of pipework; construction of reinforced concrete anchor blocks, building foundations, culverts, ring beams and ground slabs; installation of culverts along with drainage and road works. Big Brook Dam Remedial Works Poject Pemberton, WA Remediation of bridge over the dam spillway, 360 km from Perth Indus also constructed the access roads, bulk earthworks and early civil works for this contract. $25 Million Southern Seawater Alliance Inground pipework, structural concrete, bulk earthworks and roadworks $2.4 Million Water Corporation 2018 Water and Marine Infrastructure

17 17 ROADS AND BRIDGES 2018 Capability Statement Albany Highway Harold Road Passing Lanes Kojonup, Western Australia Contract to reconstruct approximately three kilometres of Albany Highway in the Kojonup region. The works include the construction of two additional passing lanes as well as construction of side roads and ancillary drainage works. Kalbarri National Park Access Roads and Carparks Upgrades Kalbarri, Western Australia In November 2016, Indus was awarded the contract to undertake upgrade works to existing roads and carparks in Kalbarri National Park. In total; the Indus upgrades will provide 22km of roads, 3 complete carparks providing hundreds of car bays to access the parks key areas and camp access works. $4 Million 2017 $7 Million Main Roads Western Australia Construction of passing lanes Department of Parks and Wildlife Road construction and upgrade to carparks Albany Highway Passing Lanes Mount Barker, Western Australia Indus was awarded a contract by Main Roads Western Australia to deliver the Mount Barker Passing Lanes project. Located in the Shire of Plantagenet, the project involved widening a 4.4 kilometre stretch along the Albany Highway to accommodate two separate passing lanes near Woogenellup Road and Martagallup Road. Logue River Bridge Derby, Western Australia The Logue River Bridge Strengthening Project involved strengthening the existing bridge through the installation of carbon fibre reinforced strips under the existing deck, combined with a reinforced concrete overlay which widened the bridge to 8.6 metres between kerbs. $3 Million 2016 $3 Million 2016 Main roads Western Australia Construction of two passing lanes Main Roads Western Australia Strengthening of existing bridge under the deck

18 18 Capability Statement ROADS AND BRIDGES South Western Highway - Burekup Realignment Burekup, Western Australia The project involved the construction of a new multi-span teeroff bridge over the Collie River, approximately 1.7km of new roadworks and demolition of existing structures. Bunbury Road Train Assembly Area Bunbury, Western Australia Indus constructed a road train assembly area and an associated intersection on the Bunbury Port Access Road. Works involved constructing new pavement and drainage structures, and installing traffic facilities including street lighting, line marking, signage and kerbing. $9 Million Main Roads Western Australia Bridge construction, traffic management, intersections and roadwork $3 Million Main Roads Western Australia 2014 Road construction works to develop a road train assembly area Indian Ocean Drive Passing Lanes Moore River, Western Australia This project involved the construction of nearly 4km of passing lanes and improving an intersection at King Drive on Indian Ocean Drive. Works included constructing new pavements and roadways including all culverts, line markings, kerbing and signage. Nullagine Project Haul Road Nullagine, Western Australia The BC Iron Mining Nullagine Project is located in Western Australia s Pilbara region 296km SE of Port Hedland and 1,364 km NNE of Perth. The project involved construction of a 50km haul road. 19 19 ROADS AND BRIDGES 2018 Capability Statement Port Coogee Bridges & 4C Subdivision Cockburn Sound, Western Australia This project involved the construction of two bridges at Cockburn Sound (Bridge 5327 and Bridge 5328), including approach earthworks, approach slabs, piling, substructure and superstructure works. The scope also called for the construction of a new residential subdivision. Miling Bypass Miling, WA The Miling Bypass project is a road construction project to build a bypass road to the town of Miling, approximately 220km North East of Perth $9 Million $22 Million Current Port Catherine Developments Bridge construction and residential subdivision Main Roads Western Australia Road construction Onslow Road Upgrade Onslow, WA The project involves a 210mm structural overlay of the Onslow Road, sub-base and sub-grade repairs where required, upgrade of the North West Coastal Highway Intersection and culvert replacement/extensions where required. $10.5 Million Current Main Roads Western Australia Road construction

21 21 GOLD MINING 2018 Capability Statement Mount Magnet Gold Mine Mount Magnet, Western Australia Indus provided mining services at the site from 2011, with the scope of works including drill and blast services, load and haul of waste and ore, and shaping of waste dumps at the Blackmans, Titan and Brown Hill pits in the Mt Magnet tenements. Imperial Majestic Pits Kalgoorlie, Western Australia Indus was awarded a contract in March 2016 to provide mining services at its Imperial/Majestic Project site, approximately 50 kilometres east of Kalgoorlie. The project involves establishing a gold mine at the greenfield site and mining of the Imperial and Majestic pits over a 25-month period using excavators and dump trucks. $45 Million $38 Million Ramelius Resources Gold Mining Silver Lake Resources Gold Mining Axehandle Open Pit Southern Cross, Western Australia The project consisted of one open pit mined in two stages with the ultimate pit being 1.1km long by 350m wide to a depth of 160m. Indus undertook all of the clearing and grubbing using a mix of 657 scrapers, 200 tonne and 120 tonne excavators and 777 dump trucks supported by smart drill technology to achieve a schedule of over 625,000 BCM per month. Kathleen Valley Gold Mine Leinster, Western Australia The Kathleen Valley Gold Mine is located approximately 900km north-east of Perth (via Mt Magnet) and 60km north-west of Leinster in the Northern Goldfields, in Western Australia. The mining contract was for 1½ years where Indus developed small open cut pits adjacent to the long abandoned gazetted town site of Kathleen Valley. $89 Million $29 Million Hanking Gold Gold Mining Ramelius Resources Gold Mining

22 22 Capability Statement GOLD MINING / MINERAL SANDS Coogee Gold Mine Kalgoorlie, Western Australia This project included the operation of an open pit gold mine, establishment of site facilities, transport of the mined ore by road for treatment and closure activities. The mine operated day and night shifts with 120 tonne excavators loading a fleet of 50 tonne articulated dump trucks carting ore and waste to stockpile. Cornishman Pit Southern Cross, Western Australia The project has extended the existing pit to the south and west to a depth of approximately 130m. Indus utilised a mix of 657 scrapers, 200 tonne and 120 tonne class excavators and 777 dump trucks supported by smart drill technology to achieve Hanking Gold s schedule of over one million tonnes per month. $8 Million $58 Million Ramelius Resources Gold Mining Hanking Gold Gold Mining Pajingo Gold Mine Charters Towers, Queensland Indus completed the 1 million BCM Janet A and 2.5 million BCM venue/vnu pits at Pajingo Gold Mine. Indus scope included load and haul operations, drill and blast remediation/rehabilitation of PAF dump and transport of ore to the Pajingo Mill. A new open cut mining area was developed where a further 2.5 million BCM of gold bearing ore and waste will be removed. Tutunup South Mineral Sands Mine Busselton, Western Australia Project scope included the mining and transport of mineral sands as well as construction and maintenance of infrastructure at the mine including haul roads, dump and access roads, and tailing dams. $29 Million $60 Million Evolution Mining Gold Mining Iluka Resources Mineral sands mining and relocation of wetlands

23 23 MINERAL SANDS 2018 Capability Statement Woornack Rownack Pirro (WRP) Ouyen, Victoria Indus successfully mined mineral sands at two pit locations at the WRP mine site in Ouyen, Victoria. The deposit stretches for 14km over a number of soft dunal sands. By using a combination of conventional trucks, excavators, scrapers and tractor scoops, Indus increased the efficiency of the mine whilst minimising costs and environmental impacts. 24 24 Capability Statement IRON ORE / COAL Cockatoo Island Iron Ore Project Cockatoo Island, Western Australia Indus was responsible for all operational mining and civil infrastructure services to the iron ore project, including drill and blast, loading, haulage and processing of ore for direct shipping. All other management aspects of working in a remote location including camp, air travel and barge deliveries on and off the island were also managed by Indus. Nullagine Iron Ore JV Nullagine, Western Australia The BC Iron Mining project is located at Nullagine approximately 296km south-east of Port Hedland. The contract involved surface mining of ore and waste up to 10 million tonne per annum, the design and commissioning of a full electric drive crushing and screening plant, surface mining at mesas, load and haul, and blending and processing to DSO product. $103 Million $300 Million Pluton Resources Iron ore mining BC Iron Iron ore mining Yarrabee Coal Mine Bowen Basin, Queensland Works consisted of removing 4.5 million BCM of pre-strip overburden to top of coal over a six month period. Works were in the DOM 1, DOM 2 South and CE pits.
