The events held by the clients vary from Heritage day Celebrations, Spring Day, World Aids Day, Year End functions, Meetings, Training sessions, Daily staff lunches as well as weekly Fruit Baskets. Project: Marketing Campaign and Branding collateral Clients: All Ages Life Funeral insurance and Intel Corporation SA All Ages Life was established in 2008 with the intention of providing funeral services for individuals of all ages. In South Africa, AAL is the only provider of funeral covers for individuals over the age of 85. The campaign and activations were to expose the public to AAL products and communicate changes to the existing packages. Intel Corporation SA s branded collateral of Bluetooth Earphones and Stationery bag was for an Event for Women Owned and Certified Business in conjunction with WEConnect International Organisation. The other Lunch box bag was for Intel s Edu-Week Event held at Gallagher Estate. 6 P a g e

8 Event/ Project: Operating Tagin Restaurant Client: Own Initiative Tagin Restaurant was situated on Johannes Ramokhoase and Thabo Sehume Street in Pretoria CBD. Our menu comprised of African traditional cuisine and various other options. We had a contract to trade with the previous tenant that was for 6 months, beginning June of 2013 and ended in December of the same year. The restaurant serviced quiet a vast clientele from Departments situated in and around the CBD, the magistrate court and offices thereof, walk-ins and taxi drivers / commuters as the street itself had a lot of traffic and foot flow. 8 P a g e

9 SOME OF OUR PREVIOUS EVENTS/PROJECTS MANAGED 1 Event: FIFA SWC 2010 Media Business Lounge Client: Gauteng Tourism Authority Number of Pax: 150 daily (for the world cup duration) Under Company: VIH Event Synopsis: The Business Lounge was erected in the middle of Nelson Mandela square and was there for the whole duration of the world cup. In it there were matches broadcasted, Media briefings, Designer Launches, Product Launches, GTA Fashion shows, artist s performances etc. Catering and an open bar were done on a daily basis. 4 Event: PSTF Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony Client: Department Of National School of Government Number of Pax: 500 Event Synopsis: Reve Productions provided entertainment for the Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony through our Artist and Speaker Provision service in our Events Management Division. We Provided Dr John Tibane as the key note speaker and DJ Malwela from Metro FM as the DJ for the night. 5 Project: The Holiday Program Client: Department Of Sport, Arts, Culture & Recreation Number of Pax: 150 Public Schools in Gauteng Under Company: Vertical International Holding Coordinating activities for learners, which were to keep them busy on a daily basis, during the extended holiday program. Activities included various sporting codes, Life Skills coaching, Cultural and Recreational programs, visiting Heritage sites and Get to know your Province excursions. 9 P a g e 2 Event: IBSA Conference Client: JUNTO Investments and Brazilian Embassy Number of Pax: 500 Sub-contracted by: Junto Group Event Synopsis: This was a conference / summit between India, Brazil and South Africa as an international tripartite grouping for promoting international cooperation among these countries. Our work was focused on providing & transporting of delegates for the entire week with a fleet of 30 cars, mini buses and trucks. 3 Event: TCTA Fighting Against HIV/AIDS Day Client: Trans Caledon Tunnel Authority Number of Pax: 120 Under Company: VIH Event Synopsis: This was a wellness day for TCTA which took place on the 1 st Of December, World AIDS Day. A Fun Walk was conducted and then followed by a speech from a local AIDS Activist. I managed the event from concept, to Proposal writing and pitching to the client and to implementation on the day. 6 Event: TCTA Staff Awards Client: Trans Caledon Tunnel Authority Number of Pax: 250 Under Company: VIH TCTA Staff Awards held in order to recognize and give praise to those committed in the organization s values and carry out their work diligently and pragmatically. Managed all the suppliers and the roll out of the event from concept to implementation and was the link between the company and TCTA.

11 CORPORATE SOCIAL INVESTMENT / RESPONSIBILITY 1 Event: Fundraising for Section 21 Schools in Free State Client: Community Outreach Program Fundraising for previously disadvantaged schools in Phuthaditjhaba, Free State in order to equip the learners in sporting codes and provide them with sporting equipment, soccer-field or 4-1 court (tennis, volley ball, netball and basketball) 3 Project: Ubuntu Voluntary Team Client: Community Outreach Program Number of Pax: 500 This was a group of teens together with the community who felt they could give back through their talents. Annual events like the Miss Ubuntu and Fun Run were conducted and then proceeds acquired from the events were donated to an HIV infected/affected family in order to ease the challenges they are faced with. Sponsorship / donations sourcing, media briefing and interviews, workshops for the participants, choreography and artists management were the main issues, amongst others. 2 Event: Fundraising for A Crèche that is also a home Client: Community Outreach Program Fundraising for a crèche that accommodates kids from domestic workers or unemployed mothers from age 0 5 is also a home for orphans. The funds were used to buy supplies and also increased their mobile classrooms as the y were a large number of kids and needed more space to accommodate them. 4 Project: Feeding Program Client: Community Outreach Program Number of Pax: 30 Reve Productions provides lunch / dinner meals to the homeless and destitute people within the area and community we operate in.
