APPLICATION Changes: Effective immediately: Cat. 5 B) Booking codes for AA revised for domestic flights. First/Business/Economy class circle trip travel via QF/AA/CX/BA/AY/LA/LP Between: points in Area 1 and Area 3, via the North/Central Pacific in one direction and via South Pacific in the other direction for travel originating and terminating in: A. Australia B. New Zealand C. Hong Kong D. USA E. South America F. Canada G. Thailand H. Korea I. Malaysia J. Singapore K. Philippines L. Taiwan M. Mexico N. Japan O. Indonesia NOTE: These fares only apply if purchased prior to departure. A MAXIMUM OF 20 FLIGHT SEGMENTS ARE PERMITTED FOR THE ENTIRE JOURNEY. CAPACITY LIMITATIONS THE CARRIER SHALL LIMIT THE NUMBER OF PASSENGERS CARRIED ON ANY ONE FLIGHT AT FARES GOVERNED BY THIS RULE AND SUCH FARES WILL NOT NECESSARILY BE AVAILABLE ON ALL FLIGHTS. THE NUMBER OF SEATS WHICH THE CARRIER SHALL MAKE AVAILABLE ON A GIVEN FLIGHT WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE CARRIERS BEST JUDGEMENT. BAGGAGE REGULATIONS THE PIECE SYSTEM APPLIES TO PASSENGERS TRAVELLING ON A ONEWORLD CIRCLE PACIFIC FARE. OTHER CONDITIONS On services where First or Business class is not offered, passengers paying the First or Business class fare will travel in Business or Economy class without compensation. For AA services within/between the USA and Canada, where no business class is offered, business class passengers may book and travel in First Class, subject to availability. Travel must be on the services of QF/AA/CX/BA/LA/LP/AY and their affiliates only, travelling via the North/Central Pacific in one direction and the South Pacific in the other direction or vice versa. Only one N/C Pacific crossing and one SW Pacific crossing permitted. B. Travel originating in or including South America is only permitted on CIR29SA fares. 4 West Pacific using services of QF/LA in the other.(eg.slc/ppt SURF AKL/SYD or SCL/AKL/SYD). C. Travel via the Caribbean, Bermuda and Central America is not permitted on any fare. D. TRAVEL ON ANY QF/AA/CX/BA/LA/LP/ AY CODESHARE SERVICE OPERATED BY QF/AA/CX/BA/LA/LP/XL/AY IS PERMITTED. OTHER CODESHARE SERVICES NOT PERMITTED. EXCEPTION 1 - TRAVEL NOT PERMITTED ON CX FLIGHTS BETWEEN HONG KONG AND VIETNAM. EXCEPTION 2: Any QF flight numbers within the flight range of are permitted TRAVEL PERMITTED ON THE FOLLOWING AIRLINES WHICH ARE AFFILIATED WITH ONEWORLD. AMERICAN AIRLINES - AMERICAN EAGLE including flights operated by EXECUTIVE AIR/ TWA / AMERICAN CONNECTION - including flights operated by CHAUTAUQUA / TRANS STATES / AND CORPORATE AIRLINES. LAN PERU /LAN EXPRESS QANTAS - QantasLink operated by IMPULSE, NATIONAL JET SYSTEMS, EASTERN AUSTRALIA, SOUTHERN AUSTRALIA, SUNSTATE AIRLINES; JETCONNECT and AWOPS flights operated for QANTAS. All flights must have QF designators. E F G Travel may originate at any point for which fares are published and must terminate at the same point, or an intermediate point in the country of origin. The point of origin may be retransitted once, provided no stopover is taken." Exception: Origin-destination surface segment permitted between LAX and YVR. Travel is not permitted via countries west of Thailand. Surface travel and use of other carriers between intermediate points along the circle which are not operated by QF/AA/CX/BA/LA/LP/ AY is permitted at the passenger's expense and must be ticketed separately. Mileage must be included in the MPM calculation. 5. RESERVATIONS and TICKETING (A) Reservations and Ticketing UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED RESERVATIONS FOR DEPARTURE OF FIRST INTERNATIONAL SECTOR OF JOURNEY ARE REQUIRED AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE OF FIRST INTERNATIONAL SECTOR. OPEN RETURNS PERMITTED. TICKETING FOR DEPARTURE FROM FARE ORIGIN MUST BE COMPLETED AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE. EXCEPTION - FOR ECONOMY CLASS FARES -WHEN RESERVATIONS ARE MADE 22 OR MORE DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE TICKETS MUST BE ISSUED AT LEAST 21 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE. -WHEN RESERVATIONS ARE MADE 21 TO 8 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE TICKETS MUST BE ISSUED AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE. 5 Note: When the class of service for the fare is not offered book in the next lower class of service using the booking classes above. 6. MINIMUM STAY A. First and Business Class: 5 days counting from the day after departure of the first international sector to the earliest day return travel may commence from the last stopover point outside the country of origin. B. Economy Class: 10 days counting from the day after departure of the first international sector to the earliest day return travel may commence from the last stopover point outside the country of origin. 7. MAXIMUM STAY 6 months 8. PERMITTED STOPOVERS A. Free: Four for 22,000 miles Five for 26,000 miles Six for 29,000 miles NOTES: i) Only one stopover permitted at any point. ii) A maximum of one stopover in country of origin iii) A maximum of two free stopovers per region (SWP / Asia / North America / South America) iv) Where a passenger disembarks at one point and re-embarks at a subsequent point enroute, the points count as a single stopover B. Additional: Permitted at an additional charge per stopover of USD75.00/CAD115. NOTES: i) Additional stopovers may not be purchased in country of origin. ii) Additional stopovers restricted to two stopovers per region iii) Child /infant discount not applicable 09. TRANSFERS/ROUTINGS A. Unlimited transfers permitted between QF/AA/CX/BA/LA/LP/AY B. Not more than three transfers at any one city permitted C. Only one international departure and arrival in the country of origin permitted 10. PERMITTED COMBINATIONS Not permitted. 15. SALES RESTRICTIONS Tickets must be issued on the stock of QF/AA/CX/BA/LA/LP/AY/IB/EI. When travel originates in a country for which a specific local currency fares is published and the ticket is sold in another country, the fare will be that published for the country of origin converted to the currency of the country of sale at the bank selling rate. The resultant fare must not be lower than from the country of sale. 16. VOLUNTARY CHANGES/REROUTING/PENALTIES Updated: 07/11/03 5 P7888/7888.DOC

6 (A) REBOOKING/REROUTING (1) Prior to Departure a. Before ticket issuance: Rebooking/rerouting permitted b. After ticket issuance: First international and preceding sector cannot be changed, subsequent sectors may be changed - apply provisions shown in Subparagraph (b) below. (2) After departure: a. Rebooking permitted: such transaction must be made not later than the day of the flight being changed. b. Rerouting requiring reissue of flight coupons permitted at a charge of: USD 100 /CAD150 each converted into local currency at the Bankers rate. (Discounts for children/infants not applicable). c. At any time: The non-refundable amount may be used as credit towards payment of any full mileage or oneworld/global explorer fare providing those conditions are met. NOTE: At all times the original non-refundable amount remains non-refundable, the new ticket and any subsequent reissues must be annotated 'NONREF/APEX'. (3) In the case of certified death/illness of the passenger or passenger s immediate family member or accompanying passenger voluntary rerouting is permitted free of charge. (B) (C) CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS (1). Before Departure: 1. Before ticket issuance: Full refund 2. After ticket issuance : Cancellation/No show Forfeit: 10pct of the fare paid if the first international sector is cancelled. Exceptions: Full refund in the case of: 1. Certified death of the passenger/member of passenger's immediate family. 2. Passenger/accompanying member of passenger's immediate family/accompanying passenger is refused an official travel document, entry permit or visa. A copy of the official written refusal must be attached to the refund request. (2). After Departure: The refund, if any, will be the difference between the fare paid and the applicable fare for the journey completed. (3). At any time: The non-refundable amount may be used as credit towards payment of any full mileage or oneworld/global explorer fare providing those conditions are met. NOTE: At all times the original non-refundable amount remains non-refundable, the new ticket and any subsequent reissues must be annotated 'NONREF/APEX'. UPGRADING (A) AN ECONOMY CIRCLE PACIFIC FARE MAY BE UPGRADED TO A HIGHER TIERED CIRCLE PACIFIC FARE OR A FIRST/BUSINESS CLASS CIRCLE PACIFIC FARE WITHOUT PENALTY. (B) A BUSINESS CIRCLE PACIFIC FARE MAY BE UPGRADED TO A FIRST CLASS CIRCLE PACIFIC FARE WITHOUT PENALTY. (C) UPGRADING BY SECTOR TO BUSINESS/FIRST CLASS IS NOT PERMITTED. (D) UPGRADING TO A NORMAL MILEAGE FARE PERMITTED AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PENALTY. REISSUED TICKETS MUST BE ENDORSED --NON REF / XXX-- (XXX EQUALS CIRCLE PACIFIC FARE BASIS CODE) AND THE ORIGINAL NON-REFUNDABLE AMOUNT REMAINS NON-REFUNDABLE. IF THE UPGRADED TICKET IS SUBSEQUENTLY CANCELLED THE ORIGINAL PENALTY WILL APPLY. (E) AT ANY TIME THE CIRCLE PACIFIC FARE MAY BE USED AS CREDIT TOWARDS PAYMENT OF A HIGHER FARE TYPE FROM THE POINT OF ORIGIN PROVIDED THE CONDITIONS OF THE HIGHER FARE TYPE HAVE BEEN MET. REISSUED TICKETS MUST BE ENDORSED --NON REF/ XXX-- (XXX EQUALS CIRCLE PACIFIC FARE BASIS CODE) AND THE ORIGINAL NON-REFUNDABLE AMOUNT REMAINS NON- REFUNDABLE. IF THE UPGRADED TICKET IS SUBSEQUENTLY CANCELLED THE ORIGINAL PENALTY WILL APPLY. 18. TICKET ENTRIES A.
