3 5 RESERVATIONS & TICKETING Reservations: Booking Classes DL CODE V X VA CODE S T T Q All bookings must be confirmed at time of ticketing. Open dated segments not permitted. Reservations are required for all sectors. Waitlist and standby not permitted. Advance Ticketing: Reservations for all sectors are required at least 5 days before departure. Ticketing must be completed within 72 hours after reservations are made. Ticketing must be completed within 24 hours after reservations are made. Ticketing: These fares CANNOT be issued as Net Remit tickets through BSP. Valid on DL 006 ticket stock only via E-ticket. Ticket at applicable published fares in AUD (refer to your GDS). Fares are commissionable and must appear in the commission box in the remittance area of the ticket. Fare Basis Code Examples: 6 Adult VLGWNDSS Child - VLGWNDSS/CH25 Infant -VLGWNDSS/IN90 MINIMUM STAY No minimum stay restriction. 7 MAXIMUM STAY Travel from last stopover must commence no later than 12 months after departure from fare origin. 8 STOPOVERS 2 stopovers permitted on the pricing unit limited to 1 free in BNE/MEL/SYD/LAX and 1 at NZD TRANSFERS Unlimited transfers permitted on the fare component online on the primary carrier and one transfer permitted in each direction free interline including the primary carrier: 1. Between DL and VA in SYD/BNE/MEL in each direction Fare break surface sectors not permitted and embedded surface sectors permitted on the fare component. 10 CONSTRUCTION & COMBINATIONS Double open jaws not permitted. Applicable add-on construction is addressed in Miscellaneous Provisions (in your GDS) under Category 23. End-on-end combinations NOT permitted with domestic fares within the United States. Validate all fare components. Side trips NOT permitted.

5 16 PENALTIES Cancellation: Any time, Charge NZD in case of cancel NZD$600 for no-show Waived for death of passenger or family member. Note - 1. Reservation cancelled prior to the originally scheduled flight retains ticket value/less applicable cancellation fee in change paragraph up to one year from the original date of ticket issue. If the ticketed flight reservation is not cancelled prior to ticketed flight departure time/rebooking is not permitted and ticket has no value. 2. Death waiver must be substantiated by a valid death certificate. 3. Cancellation fee does not apply to infants under 2 not occupying a seat. Per ticket charge for lost ticket application is USD100.00/CAD Changes: Any time at a charge of NZD for reissue/revalidation. A change is a routing/date/flight modification. Name changes not allowed. Tickets must be re-issued when any voluntary change is made. See Child/Infant Discount rule in GDS to determine if change fee is applicable. No change fee if under 2yrs of age not occupying a seat. Note - Itineraries may be rebooked up to one year from original ticket issue date provided the passenger cancels the ticketed flight reservation prior to ticketed departure time. Tickets must be reissued at time the reservation is updated. If the ticketed flight reservation is not cancelled prior to ticketed flight departure the change is not permitted and the ticket has no value. Please refer to GDS for full details on cancellation, ticket upgrade/downgrade & ticket re-issue procedures. 17 HIP / MILEAGE / OTHER CONSTRUCTIONS EXCEPTIONS NO HIP EXCEPTION Permitted Routing/Permitted Carriers governed by Route Map & Flight Application. Refer to GDS. 18 TICKET ENDORSEMENTS The original & the re-issued ticket must be annotated NONREF/PENALTY APPLIES in the endorsement box.

6 19 CHILDREN & INFANTS DISCOUNTS Children Accompanied child 2-11 years - charge 75 percent of the fare. Ticket Designator - CH and percent of discount. Unaccompanied child 5-11 years no discount. Infants 1 st infant under 2 years without a seat charge 10 percent of the fare. Ticket designator - IN and percent of discount. Maximum 1 infant per adult. Infant under 2 with a seat charge 75 percent of the fare. Ticket Designator - CH and percent of discount. Note: The age limits referred to in this rule shall be those in effect on the date of commencement of travel. Exception - infants who reach their 2nd birthday during their travel will be required to occupy a seat on the outbound and inbound flights. The child's fare must be applied for the whole journey. TAXES AND SURCHARGES Fuel surcharge is included in the base fare. Taxes and other surcharges are not included in the fare. Refer to your GDS for full fare rule text and other applicable taxes and charges. GENERAL These fares are subject to change / cancellation with or without notice.
