F1 Singapore Special Fare maybe combined with SQ Square Fares and SQ Special Fares, if Special Fares ruling permits, The most restrictive fare rule applies to Category 6 Min Stay; Category 7 Max Stay; Category 16, Penalties and Category 18 Ticket Endorsements. b) Business Class fares on SQ286/285/298/297/296/295 combinable with Business Class fares on SQ282/281; fare is calculated on a half RT basis. c) Domestic add-ons permitted as specified in the SQ Domestic add-ons fare sheet. d) Trans-Tasman add-ons on VA permitted only in Economy Class, as specified in the SQ Trans-Tasman add-on fare sheet - not available if SQ travel in Business or First Class. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE Your clients MUST carry the passenger copy of the vmpd or EMD and present them at the Singapore Stopover Counter at Singapore Changi Aiport Terminal 2 or 3. Payment: Full payment is required upon confirmation. Cancellation / Amendment: Strictly no cancellation or amendment is allowed. Refund of Unused Services: No refunds, either in part or in full, will be made for unused ground transportation, accommodation, meals, F1 ticket and other inclusions. Accommodation: Check-in time is after 1400 hours and check-out time is 1200 hours. The hotel reserves the right to charge for periods when the room is occupied before or after official check-in / check-out times. Transportation: Unless otherwise specified, transfers are provided in private cars. Transfers are not included for trackside activities. Travel Documents: It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that passports, visas and all travel documents are valid for entry into Singapore and elsewhere, if the passenger has an onward journey to another destination. Responsibility: All arrangements for the provision of ground transportation, accommodation, sightseeing and other services are made by Tradewinds Tours & Travel hereinafter referred to as The Company) through appointed suppliers only. All exchange vouchers issued for, are provided upon the terms and conditions of the supplier of the services. By acceptance of such exchange vouchers the passenger is deemed to have agreed to the terms & conditions. Any limitations applicable in respect of air transport as a result of the Warsaw Convention (in amended or non-amended form) will also apply for the benefit of the organizer and supplier of the services. Every passenger participating in any tour shall be regarded as carrying his own risk with respect to loss or sickness, weather, strikes, war, terrorism, quarantine or acts of God. The Company shall not be held responsible for the deportation or refusal of entry by immigration authorities of tour members resulting from improper travel documents, possession of unlawful items or irregularities that may be caused to person or property. All proper travel documents is the sole responsibilities of the passengers. Governing Law: The terms and conditions herein constitute the entire agreement amongst Tradewinds and its participating partners with you for your holiday package This agreement is governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. You will have to irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. In the interpretation of these conditions, no rules of construction will apply to the disadvantage of any party on the basis that that party drafted that condition.
