Date Pre GA GA Post GA : 5th - 8th August 2012 (5th August - Arrival Day) : 9th - 15th August 2012 (9th August - Arrival Day & 15th Departure Day) : 15th - 19th August 2012 (5days 4 nights) On our candidature, we have stated the GA would take place from August 6 th to August 12 th however we have little choice but to post-pone the dates to August 9 th to August 15 th due to the delay in the voting results by 7 days, the hotel had to open up the venue for another function. We have tried in all ways to have the same dates unfortunately it did not work in our favour. 4 Post GA Tour Details Delegates will NEED to CONFIRM if they WILL join the Post GA during the registration itself. This is because the Post GA will be in North India and OC will be chattering Airbus A s with capacity of 180 passengers. Should the number increases, we can accommodate them in the 2nd flight however if the number goes lower than 180 (5% buffer) then we will have to pay the extra promised seats. 5 OTHER Sponsors We are fundraising up to USD 300,000 (EURO 230,000). In the last 3 days, we have fund raised USD 20,000 however we will only receive the cash in June We have hired Sponsor Monster Co. from London to fund raise for us with 10% commission.
