1 CMCD Regular Board Meeting Thursday, January 19, 2017 Director Welch reviewed the memo and the tally sheet for the chemical bids. Motion to approve staff recommendation to award the bids as indicated on the tally sheet below was made by Commissioner Thompson-Fresenius, seconded by Commissioner Farmer and passed unanimously. Please note: Pursuant to Florida Statute Any product available from a single source provider may be excluded from the bid process and the required supporting documentation is being posted electronically on the District website for a minimum of seven (7) business days. Adulticides: Naled (Dibrom) from Adapco. Malathion 96.5% (Fyfanon ULV) from Adapco. Pyrethrins 5.0% or higher from all bidders to allow the District to utilize different formulations throughout the year. Larvicides: B.t.i. Aqueous Suspension 8.0% or higher (Aquabac XT) from Adapco. B.t.i. Granules/Pellets/Water Dispersible Granules 2.0% or higher from all bidders to allow the District to utilize different formulations throughout the year. B.t.i. + Bs Granules (any concentration) from all bidders to allow the District to utilize different formulations throughout the year. B.t.i. + Methoprene Granules 0.10% (VectoPrime FG) from Valent Biosciences as they are the sole provider of this chemical. Methoprene Pellets 4.25% (Altosid) from Adapco. Spinosad Liquid Emulsifiable Concentrate (Natular 2EC) from Clarke. Spinosad Granules 2.5% (Natular G30) from Clarke.
