The following guide highlights some of our most popular group recreation activities, however, this is just the beginning of what is possible. Whether you desire an adrenaline fueled zip line excursion, a serene horseback ride, a guided hiking adventure or a unique teambuilding event, we are here to arrange every detail in order to ensure an extraordinary experience that you and your attendees deserve. 3 HIKE AND EXPLORE TOURS The possibilities for hiking around Stowe Mountain Lodge are astounding. Enjoy a relaxing walk on a nature path or a challenging Mt. Mansfield ascent. All of our guides are extremely knowledgeable of the area and are dedicated to providing the best possible on-mountain service. Hiking destinations include Bingham Falls, Sterling Pond, Mount Mansfield ridgeline and many more! STOWE WATERFALL TOUR Enjoy a drive in comfort as you tour the back roads of Stowe to experience Vermont the way locals do. This tour will take the scenic route to three spectacular waterfalls, taking in points of interest and spectacular scenery along the way.

4 GOLF Stowe Mountain Lodge offers group access to 36 holes of golf at the Stowe Mountain Golf Club and the Stowe Country Club. STOWE MOUNTAIN CLUB The Stowe Mountain Club Golf Course was recognized by Golf Magazine as one of the Top 10 new courses in the United States that you can play. The Stowe Mountain Club Golf Course meanders along the slopes of Mount Mansfield and Spruce Peak, reaching an elevation of more than 1,800 feet, offering a dynamic setting and un-matched beauty among Vermont Golf Courses. STOWE COUNTRY CLUB In the heart of Stowe you'll find the Stowe Country Club, with its beautiful undulating fairways and manicured greens, the course occupies what was a turn of the century dairy farm and golfers have watched as it matured into a challenging, but rewarding test of golf.

5 WELLNESS MEETING BREAKS Allow us to de-stress and re-energize your meeting participants with a wellness break. This minute break can be customized to your liking. The break can consist of a series of stretching and moving exercises to be performed at your table which will improving circulation, focus and alertness. A 5 10 minute guided meditation can also help to reduce stress and give your meeting participants the tools for self-guided meditation. PRIVATE YOGA & FITNESS CLASSES Enjoy a private group Yoga or fitness class with one of our highly trained instructors. Classes can take place in our beautiful fitness studio or in a marvelous outdoor setting. This is a great way to wind down after a long work day.

6 PAINTBALL TOURNEMENTS Challenge your colleagues to an all-out game of paintball at the Stowe Mountain Resort Cross Country Center or customize an event incorporating paintball target shooting. Art Après with Helen Day Art Center Take advantage of Stowe s pristine beauty and natural history in these one-of-a kind, personalized art workshops for your group. The Art Center s professional artists and educators offer process-based workshops at Stowe Mountain Lodge focused on creative thinking and the student experience. Weather permitting, workshops are held outdoors.

7 GLIDER RIDES Experience an unforgettable adventure a smooth and graceful ride with spectacular views on silent wings with the highly experienced pilots at Stowe Soaring. SMUGGLER S NOTCH ZIP LINE TOUR Allow the experts at Arbortrek Canopy Adventures to show you how to soar through the forests and explore the trees and vistas of the Green Mountains of Vermont as you ride up to 4,635 feet of zip lines, cross sky bridges high above the forest floor and rappel from trees. Designed to educate, entertain, and inspire, the zip line canopy tour will deliver an unforgettable experience. *The Zip Line Canopy tour is designed for use by participants of average mobility and strength who are in reasonably good health. Participants must weigh between 70 and 250 pounds (participants under 5 4 must weigh less than 200 lbs.) and be at least 48 inches in height and fit properly into the safety equipment provided. The tour is for ages 8 and older. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Women who are pregnant or think they may be pregnant may not go on the canopy tour.

8 **NEW FOR SUMMER 2015!** STOWE ZIPTOUR ADVENTURE Billed as the ultimate sky adventure, you'll zip down Mt. Mansfield, Vermont's highest peak, reaching speeds up to 60 miles per hour. The dual three span zip experience is one the longest in the continental United States. The rush of the ride will be complimented by spectacular views as you zoom high above the trees! Accessed via the resort's gondola which is an experience in its own right. STOWE TREE TOP ADVENTURE This adventure obstacle course suspended in the forest is both exhilarating and confidence building. With expert guidance, participants clip themselves into a cable system that runs throughout the course. During the adventure, participants will ride zip lines, walk over suspended bridges, scramble up nets, cross swinging logs, climb rope ladders and much more. This eco experience is safe and is a great way to build bonds between meeting attendees.

9 MOUNTAIN BIKING AT TRAPP FAMILY LODGE Explore the trail network and take in the views at Trapp Family Lodge on a front suspension mountain bike. The trail system has 1 mile of intermediate single track, 5+ miles of intermediate/expert single track and 20 miles of beginner to advanced double track that spreads around the property. Lessons, guide service and full suspension bikes are available for an additional fee. 3 hours $95 per person BIKE THE STOWE REC PATH Enjoy a relaxing ride on a comfortable cruiser as you explore the award winning Stowe Recreation Path. This 5.2 mile, fairly flat trail will meander along the West Branch River with the village of Stowe and all that it has to offer as the destination.

10 FLY FISHING Join highly skilled instructors for an outing on one of Vermont s pristine trout streams. Under the watchful eye of your guide, you will cast flies to Wily Brook, Brown, and Rainbow Trout amidst a serene environment. All ages and ability levels are welcome and the guide to guest ratio is never more than 4:1, ensuring personalized instruction from your guide. HORSEBACK TRAIL RIDES A trail ride with Lajoie Stables will take you on a peaceful, relaxing tour through the hardwoods, into a groove of Blue Spruce, and then through pristine open pastures. Views of Mt. Mansfield will encompass the ride as you experience the genuine service of this family owned and operated outfit. When the tour ends, you will cross into Black Creek to water your horse. All levels of riding ability are welcome and either a quiet gentle ride or a faster paced ride are available upon request.

11 WATER AND WINE TOUR Embark on an excursion that combines an hour-and-a-half guided paddle with a visit to the Boyden Valley Winery in the boat of your choosing. At the winery, you ll be treated to a wine tour, wine tasting, and a platter of VT cheddar cheese and fresh baguettes. You will then be transported back to Stowe Mountain Lodge from the winery. TASTE OF VERMONT TOUR Tour the world famous Ben & Jerry s ice cream factory, sample the world s best cheddar at the Cabot Cheese annex, try locally made apple cider and cider donuts at the Cold Hollow Cider Mill, and visit Lake Champlain Chocolates on this custom bus tour. You will also ride through Stowe and hear tales of the historic village.

Based on the ancient spa principles of taking the waters and the historical practices of the Native American sweat lodges, the Healing Lodge is designed to detoxify your body, relax your mind and soothe your soul. The Healing journey includes detoxifying herbal tea, mineral enriched Himalayan salts, dry sauna, Jacuzzi, an herbal steam room and a cool rain shower. This sequence stimulates the lymphatic system, boosts your immune system and allows you to begin your journey to celebrating your Sacred Self. Our company is dedicated to supporting your personal well-being and the health of our planet through mindful product selection and sustainable operating practices. 13 AIRPORT TRANSFERS We use Vermont Chauffeured Transportation for our group airport transfers. They use luxury vehicles only. Cadillac s sedans, high top Ford Van s, and 14 passenger luxury mini buses. They also have luxury SUVs. Water is provided on board for all clients at all times. Drivers are professional, with 9 to 20 years of chauffeur experience, and are local from Stowe and the surrounding areas. Chauffeurs dress with dark pants, a shirt and tie and black dress shoes. Airport transport prices are inclusive of tax and gratuity and one way. 1 person cost will be $132 2 people cost will be $72 per person. 3 people cost will be $54 per person. 4 people cost will be $42 per person 5 people cost will be $36 per person 6 to 14 people in one vehicle will be $30 per person. A professional greeter can be arranged to greet guests at the security area and to bring them to their drivers. The driver will collect luggage and go directly to vehicle and on to Stowe Mountain Lodge. The greeter receives $40.00 per hour plus travel time to and from the airport. The drivers will need name of passenger, airline, arrival time and flight number. Vermont Chauffeured will follow all planes on day of travel with a system called Flight Aware. They know when planes are early or late. They will need to know as soon as possible if a member of the group is not on their plane. 24 hour cancellation notice required. LARGE GROUP AIRPORT TRANSFERS We can arrange full luxury busses for up to 55 people per bus. *Stowe Mountain Lodge will manage your transportation needs. All transportation fees handled by the Lodge are subject to a 20% markup in pricing.
