The Great Group Deal (Groups 25 and Larger - Collect and Bill Program) SAVE 25% On Single Day Passports Single Day Passport (4 years of age and older)... $33.95* + Tax Toddler Single Day Passport (3 years of age and younger)... $28.95* + Tax Children two (2) years of age and younger may enter the Park and Lagoon A Beach at no charge. 8 Group Discount Single Day Passports Lagoon group discount Single Day Passports are a Pre-Sold ticket, valid any regularly scheduled operating day of the year indicated on the ticket. These passports are great as employee incentives or gifts as well as for family, church, youth, or school groups. These passports are transferable from one person to another prior to redemption. Each Passport includes Park Admission, Rides, Lagoon A Beach, Pioneer Village, Picnic Areas, and scheduled Entertainment. Ask your Lagoon Sales Representative for details. These pre-sold passports are great for: Employee incentives and benefits. Perks for valued customers. Convenient Fun. Fun! Restrictions and Rules of Group Discount Single Day Passport program: Lagoon s Pre-Sold Single Day Passport tickets are for resale to your organization s members, direct clientele, and/or employees only. Resale of these tickets to the general public will result in cancellation of this program with your organization. Payments are to be made upon order. (Corporations are eligible for 30 day payment program. Ask your Lagoon Sales Representative for details.) Lagoon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled tickets once received by your organization. Lagoon Group Sales Office does not accept personal checks. Purchase a minimum of twenty five (25) tickets and sell them at a substantial discount. (Some Restrictions apply. See Restrictions and Rules of Group Discount Single Day Passport program on the previous page.) These tickets are valid any regular operating day of the 2012 season with no date restrictions. Here s how the program works: Contact your Lagoon Sales Representative. Provide general company or group information. Corporate Groups: Complete a Terms of Payment Agreement*. Once Lagoon receives your completed Terms of Payment Agreement, your ticket order will be made valid. Other Groups: Payment must be made before the tickets are issued to your group. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Specify the number of tickets you wish to purchase with a minimum of twenty five (25). Specify the number of posters you would like to advertise ticket sales. Customized posters are 11 x17 and free of charge. Tickets will be sent with an invoice for payment or receipt for payment. Lagoon s Sales Office does NOT accept personal checks. All payments must be in the form of a credit card, company check, money order or cash. (Cash must be hand delivered). Tickets may be ordered as often as needed. *Terms of Payment is not a credit application. It is an agreement, signed by an authorized company agent, stating that he/she understands and agrees to Lagoon s terms for payment. This form must be completed in order to participate in the Group Discount Single Day Passport Program. All new customers are subject to credit approval. 8

11 Billing AND Terrace Information No Deposit* Required *Non corporate sponsored events may be required to make a deposit. Unlike most facilities, Lagoon requires no deposit for companies with good credit standing. To reserve your picnic, simply call your Lagoon Representative and select a day. Reservations are taken on a firstcome first-served basis. Group Single Day Passport Billing Single Day Passports are billed according to usage. Lagoon will issue more than enough tickets so you don t need to know the exact attendance up front. You distribute or sell the tickets to participants. Lagoon will bill you only for the tickets redeemed on the day(s) of your event. Group rates listed in this brochure are for groups of 25 or more. Payment Credit cards may be used to pay your bill, however, some restrictions apply. Company checks and money orders are accepted in the Group Sales Office only. Lagoon Group Sales Office does not accept personal checks. Catering Billing Catering Requirements: A minimum of fifty (50) All-You-Can-Eat meals for groups utilizing Pioneer Village Mining Town Pavilions must be guaranteed; or seventy five (75) All-You-Can-Eat Meals using all other areas must be guaranteed. Meal service will begin at the scheduled time, or labor must be charged per employee at the current charges per employee hour. All-You-Can-Eat meals will be served for sixty (60) minutes. All group members are invited to pass through the All-You-Can-Eat lines as many times as they wish; a maximum of two (2) meat items per person per pass will be served. The guaranteed number may be changed up until one week prior to the function. Lagoon will prepare for 10% above the guaranteed number of meals (up to 100 meals) for the All-You-Can-Eat menu. If the tentative guarantee is not changed before one week prior to the function, it will become the final guarantee. Billing is based on the Final Guarantee or the total attendance of the group for the day, whichever is greater. Final billing includes the Single Day Passports, the catered meals including any additional services if applicable, plus the appropriate taxes. All food items are subject to Utah State Sales Tax, and to an additional 1.0% State and County Restaurant Tax. Terrace Reservation Guidelines Lagoon Terraces are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Some Terraces are available for reservations for the entire day to groups of seventy-five (75) or above. For catering purposes, some Terraces are available for limited-hour reservations only. For additional information on Terrace reservation times and availability, contact your Lagoon Sales Representative. 10
