ROLL CALL OF OFFICERS: Streetar called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. Streetar, King and Stutz present. B. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: C. CITIZENS PARTICIPATION: (None) D. ANNOUNCEMENTS: (None) E. PRESIDENTS BUSINESS and Staff Reports: 1. Municipal Court Connie Killian-Ritchie Conni reported on the numbers for FDL Schools court appearances. Total for the school included a total of 155 truancies of which 32 were seniors. Of the 32 seniors, 24 graduated. 2. Administrator Chuck Hornung Chuck is working with Nick Leonard, transitioning his responsibilities to Nick as the new Administrator. He also mentioned 22 new flags placed at the Veteran s Memorial. The flags were donated by the NFDL Optimist Club. 3. Police Chief Darren Pautsch Darren handed out the monthly statistics and mentioned the PD Newsletter has been released. The annual Oriole Open Golf event in August is coming up fast. He gave details of the event. There are still openings for the golfing. There were no issues with the North Fondy Fest event. Staff completed the annual liquor license renewal background checks. 4. Fire Chief Jake Flaherty Jake updated the board on changes to the Fire / EMS officers and staffing. Adam Moriarity will be moving into the assistant chief s position. Peter Galane will be filling a recent full-time position resignation. Nick and Adam will be interviewing seven candidates for part-time positions. A pumper was on standby during the North Fondy Fest fireworks. 5. Director of Engineering and Planning Nick Leonard Nick and Mitch are working on the schedule for the Prospect Park sub-division street work. This will be bid with the street overlays and the Village Park parking lot overlay. The Planning Commission met to discuss a change to the exit driveway on the FLC design. A couple of other ordinance changes recommended by the Planning Commission are on the agenda for tonight. 6. Mike Streetar thanked all those who helped at this year s North Fondy Fest. He thanked the DPW for helping with the setup, PD for security, and the Optimist Club and Fire Department for helping in the beer stands, F. CONSENT AGENDA: 1. Approve the minutes of the following Village Board Meeting: June 4 th, Approve invoices and authorize checks to be drawn on the respective funds in the amounts indicated:

All ayes. G. ADMINISTRATIVE: 1. Discussion and possible action on approving a Special Use Permit for 711 Lakeshore Drive. Nick went over the discussions held at the planning commission. Streetar who also attended the planning commission meeting added comments supporting the recommendation. A motion was made by Mike Streetar with the conditions set by the planning commission with a second by Randy Stutz to approve the special use permit. All ayes. 2. Discussion and possible action on approving the following license applications for the license period. A motion was by Keith King with a second By Randy Stutz to approve the licenses. Chuck explained the reason for the provisional licenses. All ayes. 3. Discussion and review of the Personnel Policy Manual. Chapters 13 to.. Mike Streetar suggested tabling any discussion due to two board members missing. Keith King and Randy Stutz agreed. H. ORDINANCES: 1. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance O an ordinance amending section (6)- mobile homes, trailers, boat, snowmobiles, semis, buses. (First Reading) Nick recapped the discussions at the planning commission meeting. Randy and Darren asked for some clarification. First reading no action. 2. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance O an ordinance amending section Pool Parking Lot. (First Reading) Nick went over the reasoning for this proposed parking changes. There were no other questions. First reading no action. I. COMMUNICATIONS: (None) J. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: (None) K. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Chuck asked for a special board meeting to approve operator licenses for operators who failed to get their paperwork in for their renewals. The board agreed to Thursday, June 28 th at 8:00 AM. 2. Mike Streetar asked if there were any plans to cleanup some of the Mosher Creek area from Clinton St. to Wisconsin Ave. Nick said that he and his staff are looking into a plan to do so. L. OLD BUSINESS: (None) M. CLOSED SESSION. A motion was made by Keith King with a second by Randy Stutz to go into closed session at 6:45 PM.
