3 Unicredit Private GVA Redilco GVA Redilco advised Unicredit Private, Italian leading bank, in the leasing of approx. 5,200 sq. m. of office space in via Borromei Milan CBD, a significant plus in terms of status and image. Aermont (Perella Weinberg) / Eurosic Disposal Nexity Conseil et Transaction NCT s Investment team advised both clients on over 60,000 sq m of buildings in La Défense. The buildings were sold for a total of ca. 300 million. CMA-CGM Lease renewal GVA & Nexity Conseil et Transaction (NCT) After successfully completing work for CMA-CGM in 2015, GVA and NCT advised our key client in Q on their lease renewal at 75 King William Street (1,000 sq m). AEGIS Media Aguirre Newman Aguirre Newman provided relocation advisory services to Aegis Media as well as project management for their new headquarters in Madrid. HubSpot Acquisition GVA Donal O Buachalla (GVA DOB) GVA DOB successfully acquired 4,100 sq m of prime offices in the last 12 months for HubSpot. The team pro-actively managed the instruction to secure off market space. They also ensured HubSpot early access as part of the agreement for the lease.

RBS Corporate and tenant representation GVA & GVA Donal O Buachalla GVA is appointed by the RBS Group to provide property management, treasury, rent review, lease renewal and dilapidations services on their UK & Ireland portfolio which amounts to over 3,000 properties and approximately 185,000 sq m. This includes the management and rent collection of 800 sub-tenants and negotiating over 500 lease events annually. Private Client Lease acquisition MHP Real Estate Services/TCN Worldwide & OfficeAsia Limited/TCN Worldwide On behalf of a very strong and well known multibrand showroom based in Milan with retail locations in Asia, the team completed the deal at Unit 1704 on Level 17, Chinachem Leighton Plaza, Causeway Bay. Park Lane Resort & Spa Hotel Development GVA Sawyer Following three years of continuous development consultancy from GVA Sawyer, Park Lane 4-star Resort and Spa Hotel opened for business in St Petersburg. The project included 152 rooms, and a wide variety of recreational and business facilities, including a unique Spa complex (2,700 sq m), conference centre (790 sq m ) and fitness area.

6 Recordati S.p.A Apleona GVA Real Estate Advisors Apleona GVA in Turkey received an exclusive mandate to assist Recordati S.p.A. in the relocation of their regional headquarters in Istanbul, Turkey (1,200 sq m). The team completed the assignment on time and within budget. Olympic Brewery/ Carlsberg group Lease renewal GLP Values GLP Values were appointed by Olympic Brewery, exclusive distributor of Carlsberg group in Greece, to renegotiate the current leasing contract for its headquarters in Athens. Zeltiq Acquisition GVA Donal O Buachalla GVA DOB successfully acquired 4,600 sq m of office and light industrial accommodation. The team acquired a lease assignment for the client and were involved in all aspects of the instruction from negotiating a purchase price on the fixtures and fittings to securing landlord s consent. Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA GVA CRE Norway With the assistance of GVA CRE Norway, AS Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA (EMGS) has sublet their 1,200 sq m office in the CBD District to the Lawfirm Glittertind AS. The sublease is for six years. The team are also assisting EMGS to find new offices at Skøyen (Oslo Vest). Fastweb, Swisscom GVA Redilco GVA Redilco has advised Fastweb, the telecommunications company part of Swisscom, for the consolidation of its various offices in the prestigious, leed platinum, new headquarters in Milan of approx. 16,100 sq. m. (built- to-suit).

7 Pearson GVA Redilco GVA Redilco advised Pearson, a global leading company in the education publishing market, in the leasing of approx. 4,000 sq.m. of the office building in via Arconati Milan. Dominos Expansion Aguirre Newman Hired by Domino s, Aguirre Newman was selected to assist the expansion from North-America to Portugal. Their architecture department played a pivotal role in the overall process - from the technical aspects of opening the new stores, to trying to match the right licenses with the current projects. Office Depot Asia Pacific Properties Office Depot appointed Asia Pacific Properties (APP) to assist in establishing their Asia regional headquarters and a major sourcing office in Shenzhen their first in China. Wizink Bank Aguirre Newman Aguirre Newman were appointed to execute a relocation/renegotiation advisory project of their 9,000 sq m Madrid offices. Following this the client directly engaged with Aguirre Newman Portugal for a similar project. Union Investment Lease renewal Apleona GVA Real Estate Advisors Apleona GVA in the Netherlands assisted owner Union Investment Real Estate GmbH during their lease renewal and relocation including an expansion with 1,000 sq m of Clubsportive in the ITO & SOM buildings in Amsterdam.

8 Marsh & McLennan Aguirre Newman The client appointed Aguirre Newman to carry out a relocation/renegotiation advisory project for their Madrid offices. The team achieved overall group savings just under 25%. Private Client Advisory Nexity Conseil et Transaction NCT leased 5,200 sq m of offices in 52 Anjou, Paris - the former headquarters of Veolia. The offices have undergone m and NCT provided advice to both the tenant and the owner. PepsiCo Lease renewal Asia Pacific Properties The landlord agreed to terminate the lease six months in advance entering into a new 45-month lease. Savings of approximately $5.2m was achieved by fixing the rent six months prior to original expiry date. Alibaba GVA Redilco GVA Redilco assisted the giant Chinese e-commerce company Alibaba in the new first in continental Europe headquarters in Milan city centre. RPM International Acquisition Hanna Commercial/TCN Worldwide The team successfully completed an acquisition in Queretaro, Mexico for the client occupied facility with a lease in place that was due to expire within the year (9,500 sq m).
