It is a busy and affluent suburb of South Manchester, located approximately 5.4 miles (8.7 km) south of Manchester city centre. Covenant The tenant is only required to post small company accounts and, for the year ending 31 March 2015, they posted shareholders funds of 134,137, up on the previous year s figure of 120,170.
