THORPE WHEREAS :there 'Was,nhis day read at the Board a Repon from,the Right Honourable,the Lords of the Committe,~ Hf Oouncil 01' the Affairs of Guernseyand l'ersey, dated ;the 2nd day of March, 1967, in <the words fonowing, viz.:- " YOUR MAJESTY having been pleased, by Your General 01'der of Referenoe of tthe 22nd day of February, 1952, to refer unto this Committee the humble pel6tion of the States of the Island of Guernsley, setting f011th:-, 1. That, in pursuance of Itheir Resolutvon of d:le 26th day Hf October, 1966, the Staves of Del:iberation at a meeting held on the 1stt day of February, 1967, approved a Bill 'Or "Projet de Loi",entitled" The Motor Vehicles (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1967" and requested the Bailiff to present a mosit humble Pet~tion to Your Ma jesy in Oouncil praying 01' Your Royal Sanction thereto. 2. That the said Bill or "Projet de Lui" is,in the words 'and figures set

And mdst humbly praying,thalt Your Majesty might be graciously pleased to grant Your Royal Sanction to,the Bill Dr "'PrDj-et de Loi " entitled "The Motor Vehicles (Amendmell!t) (Guernsey) Law, 1967" and Ito 'ODder thwt :the same shall have fdrce of law in the Island of Guernsey.' " THE LORDS 'OF THE CDMMITTEE, in 'Obed~ence to Y'our Majesty's said Order of Reference, have takjen the 'swid Penition and Ithe said Projet de Loi into consideratvon, and do this day agree humbly Ito report, as their opinion, to Your Majesty, that it may be advisable for Your Majesty to cdmply with the prayer of the said Petition and to approve of and ratify the said Projet de Loi." HER MAJESTY having t3.ken the said RepO:l"lt indo consideration is pleased, by and wwth the advice of Her Hrivy Council, to approve of and rwtify the said PrDj<et de Loi, and,to Dl'der, as lit lis hereby 'Ordered, thalt the same shall have,the fdrce 'Of Law within the Island Df Guernsey. AND HER MAJESTY doth hereby ful'ther direct tthat this Order, and the said PrDjet de Loi (a <copy whereof is heneuntd,annexed) be entered up'on the Register 10f.the Island of Guernsey and 'Observed accooxlingly. 5 4 PROJETDE LOI ENTITLED The Motor Vehicles (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, 1967 THE STATES, in pursuance of their Resolution of the twenty-sixth day of October, nineteen hundred and sixty-six, have approved the following provisions which, subject to the Sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Oouncil, shall have force of law in the Island of Guernsey. New category 1. Immediately after category (3C) of paraof driving graph (a) of Article 10 of the Law entitled "Loi licence. relative aux AutomobHes" registered on the eleventh day of December, nineteen hundred and twenty-six, as amended(a), there is hereby inserted the following additional category numbered "(3D)":- " (3D) Autorisation de conduire un Automobile dit "mobile crane" auquel les dispositions de la section nne de la Loi intitu1ee "The Motor Vehicles (Taxation and Licensing) (Amendment) Law, 1956" s'appliquent. Cette autorisation ne sera accordee a une personne agee de moins de vingt ans.". Citation. 2. This Law may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Amendment) (Guernsey) Law, R. H.
