5 TERMS & CONDITIONS Payment & Terms: Payment for all courses must be received A MINIMUM OF 21 DAYS prior to course start date. Please note that your course reservation is not complete until Evaluation Booking form has been returned to us. No pre-course material or confirmation will be sent until full payment is received. Payment of course fees can be made by cheque or credit or debit card. Please make cheques payable to K-T TRAINING LTD. Cancellations: A 100% Refund will be granted if cancelling 21+ Days prior to course date. A 75% Refund will be granted if cancelling 14+ Days Prior to course date. No refund issued for less than 7 Days notice prior to course date. A 4% administration charge is applied for all refunds. If you wish to alter your course date you may do so without charge up to 3 days prior to course Disruptive or Unsafe Behaviour: provides group courses that require all of our members to respect each other in order to learn. Any candidate found to disrupt the lecture and the training environment will be asked to leave and any refund may or may not be fulfilled upon the discretion of the owners. If our trainers, staff members, delegates or models feel unsafe as a result of a delegate, that individual will be asked to leave immediately and their funds will not be refunded.
