FITNESS CENTRE The Hotel gym is only accessible to hotel guests and is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The gym offers state-of-the-art cardiovascular exercise machines such as Concept II rowers, Precor cycles, Powerjog treadmills and Precor cross-trainers in a fully air-conditioned area. The adjacent area (for mixed use by men and women) allows guests make use of the shower and changing rooms. PORTMAN SQUARE Guests have access to the flood-lit tennis court tucked away in the private gardens of Portman Square, opposite the hotel. Use of the tennis court is 10 per hour. RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES Extensive tracks throughout Hyde Park are suitable for walking, running, rollerblading and cycling at any time of the year.
