1 1 SERVICE UNIT MANAGERS: PLEASE SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH LEADERS Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania is required to have a Certificate of Insurance on file for hayrides, horseback riding, roller skating/roller blading, ice skating, gymnastics, downhill skiing, whitewater rafting, swimming, canoeing, boating, theme parks, rock climbing, rappelling and transportation companies. The following activities are never allowed for any girl; potentially uncontrolled free-falling (bungee jumping, hang gliding, parachuting, parasailing, and trampolining); creating variations of approved activities (such as high altitude climbing and aerial tricks on bicycles; skies; snowboards, skateboards, water skies, and wakeboards): hunting, shooting a projectile at another person: riding all-terrain vehicles and motor bikes; and taking watercraft trips in Class V or higher. The businesses/transportation companies listed below have provided Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania with a Certificate of Insurance as proof of their coverage.
