9 INCA TRAILS I.T.P.1 TAKESI INCA TRAIL 3 DAYS/ 2 NIGHTS Departure and land transportation to San Francisco Mine (about 2 hour trip).ascending to the mountain pass (4650 Mt. over sea level). Trek of 6 hours. Camp and overnight. Trek to Kakapi. The weather is sub tropical and there is a wide variety of vegetation which allows to appreciate different ecological floors and rivers that descend. Lunch at Kakapi. By afternoon, descend until arrive in at Pongo population (6 hours of trek) Camp and overnight. DAY 3 Trek of 5 hours, on route visit to the mining cooperatives at Chojlla mine. Continue to Yanacachi population. This place maintains the colonial constructions and was the first to be founded in Yungas by Spanish people. Lunch. Return to La Paz. END OF OUR SERVICES. 11 INCA TRAILS I.T.P.2 CHORO INCA TRAIL 4 DAYS/3 NIGHTS Departure from La Paz to the Summit (4650 Mt. over the sea level) where starts the trek, descending through a magnificent Inca Trail until arriving in Challapampa (3200 Mt). Camp and overnight. Trek of 6 hours. Lunch at Choro. Continue trek crossing The Jucumarini River arrive in Pabellonani. Camp and overnight. DAY 3 Trek of 6 and half hours. Lunch at Sandillani. Arrival at the village of Chairo. Departure on a van to the village of Coroico. Check in and accommodation at hotel. Overnight. DAY 4 Breakfast. Day at leisure to enjoy the facilities of the hotel. 13 INCA TRAILS I.T.P.3 CURVA - PELECHUCO 7DAYS/ 6 NIGHTS (Curva 8-10 hours) Early departure from La Paz to Curva, this jeep ride goes over the highest part of the Altiplano and shows the magnificent of the country. The journey ends in Curva a small villages considered mystical for their witch doctors (Kallawaya). Camping close to the village. On second day, you will find yourself working up an appetite as you travel up and through a high pass at 4,700m/15,400-ft. Akamani can be seen as you traverse the high pass to our north and left. Descend for the next two hours and soon you will find yourself camped near the Incachani waterfall along the Rio Sunchuli. An invigorating shower is possible before a hearty dinner. DAY 3 Travel to the Sunchuli Valley where the Incas mined for gold at the Minas de Oro. The trek affords a number of spectacular views of the Cordillera Real to the south. Camp near the Inca Gold Mine. DAY 4 After breakfast, break camp and head north toward the high point in our trek the Sunchuli Mountain Pass (elevation 5,100m/16,700-ft.). After traversing up a long series of switchbacks, you will finally arrive at the pass where we find spectacular views of the Cordilleras Apolobama and Real to the north and south. After lunch, descend the pre-hispanic path below the Sunchuli mountain through a small village and eventually arrive on the banks of the Illo Illo River (elevation 3,800m/12,468-ft.). Camp for the evening. DAY 5 This is the last day on foot as the expedition travels to the village of Pelechuco (elevation 3,600m/11,800-ft.). After traveling though the village cemetery and out onto two high Pampas, the trekkers make their way through a final high mountain pass (elevation 4,900m/16,075-ft.). The final section of trail into Peluchuco is composed of pre-hispanic paving. Tonight we camp near the village. DAY 6 After loading our all terrain vehicles, the expedition will start the long journey back to La Paz. Along the way we stop at Ulla-Ulla National Park to camp near the Hot Springs of volcanic origin. The 200,000-hectare park is a Vicuna reserve and also Bolivia's densest condor population near the Apolobamba Mountain Range. DAY 7 After breakfast we keep going to reach La Paz, after a 8-hour journey, We will find us back in La Paz for a well deserved hot shower and warm bed. -13-

15 TALLEST SNOW PEAK AND HOT SPRINGS S.P.1 SAJAMA NATIONAL PARK FULL DAY Early in the morning, on pre arranged time pick up from the hotel in order to get to the National Park Sajama. From the very first time our journey you will be able to observe the amazing landscape and there wildlife, also along the way there are a line of Chulpas to see, these are a line of burial tower along the Lauca river used by the ancient cultures of Bolivia. After registering at the park, continue to visit the Queñua Woods and the thermal baths to relax and enjoy the view. After lunch, depart to get back to La Paz, stopping at Curahuara de Caranga where you will visit a church called Sixtine Chapel of the Altiplano. Arrive time late in the afternoon. 16 TALLEST SNOW PEAK AND HOT SPRINGS S.P.2 SAJAMA NATIONAL PARK 2 DAYS/ 1 NIGHT On pre arranged time pick up from the hotel in order to get to the National Park Sajama. From the very first time the journey you will be able to observe the amazing landscape and there wildlife, also along the way there are a line of Chulpas to see, these are a line of burial tower along the Lauca river used by the ancient cultures of Bolivia. After registering at the park we will continue to a lodge that offers to you rooms with private bath room. Later on you will have a walk to the Bosque de Queñuas (Queñua Woods). Lunch and dinner included. Overnight at a Lodge. After breakfast, continue with the trip and you will leave the park to get on the road to La Paz, it will be a long journey but interesting to the same time. The first stop is in the villages of Curahuara de Caranga where you will visit a church called Sixtine Chapel of the Altiplano. Then continue to Calamarca (on the way to La Paz) where is located the church with the paints of the archangels considered one of the most values collections of paints of the XVI century and National Patrimony. Late in the afternoon, arrive in to La Paz, the view of the mountains and the city is a landscape that will impress you and will the mining of the end our journey and little adventure in the Bolivian highlands. 18 UYUNI SALT LAKE U.S.P.1 LA PAZ UYUNI SALT LAKE LA PAZ (SIC) 3 DAYS/ 2 NIGHTS. Pick up from hotel to be transfer to the bus station of La Paz, bus ride (regular bus) to Oruro for about 3 hours; continuation by train to the town of Uyuni, arrival late at night. Transfer to a hotel and overnight. After breakfast pick up passengers in order to (4x4 vehicle) to visit the great Salt Lake of Uyuni the biggest salt extension in the world ( km2). On the way we stop several time to enjoy the view and take snap shorts of the place. We arrive to Isla Pescado (Fish Island) this singular island is famous for its gigantic cactus, here we enjoy lunch. Back to Uyuni the same way, we use the hotel to rest and wait for the train to return to Oruro (late at night). DAY 3 Arrival to Oruro in the morning, transfer to a local restaurant to have breakfast and afterwards to the bus station to continue to La Paz. Arrival to La Paz, transfer to the hotel. 20 UYUNI SALT LAKE U.S.P.2 LA PAZ UYUNI SALT LAKE SAN JUAN LAGOONS UYUNI LA PAZ (SIC). 6 DAYS/ 5 NIGHTS La Paz - Uyuni Pick up from hotel to be transfer to the bus station of La Paz, bus ride (regular bus) to Oruro for about 3 hours; continuation by train to the town of Uyuni, arrival late at night, Transfer to a hotel and overnight. After breakfast pick up passengers from hotel in order (4x4 vehicle) to visit the great Salt Lake of Uyuni the biggest salt extension in the world ( km2). On the way we stop several time to enjoy the view and take snap shots of the place. Arrival to Isla Pescado (Fish Island) this singular island is famous for its gigantic cactus, here we enjoy lunch. Continue the journey heading towards the villages of San Juan, where we will staying for overnight in a local lodge with private facilities and basic sanitary services. DAY 3 After breakfast you will go to the Laguna Colorada (Red Lagoon) crossing on the way the Siloli desert where this interesting tree-shaped rock is located, we may also be able to see some Vicuñas, Vizcacha (a rabbit like a squirrel) and perhaps the Andean Fox. Laguna Colorada is classified as high Andean water, counting with borax islands in its north-eastern and southeastern section, the red color is due to the fine red sediments on the surface, as well as the pigmentation of certain types of algae. This lagoon is populated by three species of flamingos (Among them the famous James), making it one of the few places on the earth where these are found together, sharing nesting places. At this point we are already in the Eduardo Avaroa National Park Fauna Reserve, once there you will stay in its Lodge (very simple accommodations and basic sanitary services). DAY 4 The trip continues toward the south, to the place called Sol de Mañana or Morning Sun where you can see geysers and volcanic holes which take you back to the origins of the formation of earth. The final point of the descent is the Laguna Verde Green Lagoon, an awesome water mirror resembling a giant emerald with a singular shine in the afternoon, its color is caused by the high magnesium content in the water. Next to this lagoon lies the Licancabur volcano (5.868mts). We return to Laguna Colorada in order to continue to Alota where you will be staying for overnight in simple facilities. DAY 5 After breakfast, return to Uyuni city, visiting on the way Pampa Colorada (Red Flat) and the train cemetery plus a brief tour of the city. We use the hotel to rest and to wait for the train to return to Oruro (late at night). -20-
