Dead individual of mole (Talpa sp.) found and photohraphed. Weasel (Mustela nivalis) observed crossing road in front of car.

The border with Greece has some good habitats for large carnivores, particularly for Brown bear (Ursus arctos). Local inhabitants indicated presence of bears, coming from Greece and damaging their maize plantations. Tracks of Red fox (Vulpes vulpes) found.
