In case coaches, team doctors, chaperones, etc. are arriving with their teams, they also can take the same transportation free of charge. In case that persons arrive alone, the transportation must be paid at their own cost, which is mentioned above. 3

Federation will host the ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating 2014/2015 at the Morikoro Park,

Nagoya station. This event will take place at the arena with an ice surface of 30 m x 60 m.

6 The Venue Morikoro Park (Expo 2005 Aichi Commemorative Park ) , Ibaragabasamaotsu Nagsakute-city, Aichi , Japan Tel: FAX: Japan Skating Federation will host the ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating 2014/2015 at the Morikoro Park, which is located west side of Aichi Prefecture, and approximately 60 minutes by train from Nagoya station. This event will take place at the arena with an ice surface of 30 m x 60 m. The facility is indoor, air-conditioned and heated. The seating capacity of the venue is approximately 500 seats. 5

7 Accreditation SCHEDULE of ACCREDITATION Accreditation is necessary for all participating team members, judges, technical officials and ISU office holders; and the accreditation room will be open from 14:00 to 23:00 on Sep. 10 at the official hotel International Hotel Nagoya. From Sep. 11 accreditation at the International Hotel Nagoya will still be possible but will be moved to the OC headquarters. REISSUING ACCREDITATION All accredited persons are requested to present their accreditation card when entering the main arena and the practice arena. In case the accreditation card is lost, you need to ask the OC office in the venue to reissue it as soon as possible, and the organizing committee will charge you 10,000 Yen as its commission. 6

If you would like to pay in advance, you may remit it based on the invoice that we send. Cancellation Policy for Official Hotel Changes and cancellations shall be made in writing and directly to the OC. If cancellations are made for rooms not covered by the OC, the following policy will be in force: before 26 Aug. 2014, the deposit will be refunded in full on or after 26 Aug until 01 Sep. 2014, 50 % of the deposit will be refunded after 01 Sep no deposit will be refunded. Right in the Stillness of the Woods, Nestled in the Middle of the City Atsuta Jingu is a place that is dear to the hearts of the people of Nagoya and of Japan, where around 6.5 million people come to visit each year. The precinct of the shrine extends over 190,000 square meters (47 acres), offers lush greenery, and is well known as a quiet oasis of the heart in the middle of bustling metropolitan Nagoya. 1. Nagoya Castle Built by the order of Ieyasu Tokugawa, who brought Japan into the Edo shogunate period in 1612, the Nagoya Castle boasts the largest area of any castle in Japan. The castle was the first to be declared a national treasure. One of the symbols of Nagoya is the golden shachihoko that adorn the towers of the castle, which are a particularly well-known feature. The main castle tower features a set of decorated partitions and historical artifacts that are important cultural properties. From the third to fifth floors, visitors can see depictions of the old town as well as displays of matchlocks and other items, not to mention a full-scale replica of the golden shachihoko certainly a wealth of sights to see! 3. The Tokugawa Art Museum The Tokugawa Art Museum was established under the non-profit The Tokugawa Reimeikai Foundation in The Museum ranks as the third oldest privately-endowed museum in Japan. At the core of the collection are objects inherited from the first shogun, Ieyasu. The Owari, like other great daimyo, also treasured the art from earlier generations.
