I am prepared to assume the risks associated with this tour including: forces of nature; terrorism; civil unrest; war; accidents; and transportation including land vehicles, boats, and aircraft that are not operated or maintained to standards found in the United States of America. 12 TOUR PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS It is very important for both you and your fellow travelers that you are fit enough to be able to fully enjoy our Japan tour. All tour participants must be in good health with good mobility, have at least average/normal upper-body strength and be able to comfortably hold both hands overhead.
