Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your tour reservation, you must advise us in writing (by letter signed by the person who has made the reservation or ). Credit cards are widely accepted to make your payments in Japan. However, it is recommended to exchange and carry some amount of cash (Japanese Yen) to be expensed for your own needs. 12 TOUR PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS It is very important for both you and your fellow travelers that you are fit enough to be able to fully enjoy our Japan tour. All tour participants must be in good health with good mobility, have at least average/normal upper-body strength and be able to comfortably hold both hands overhead. While we will do our best to reasonably accommodate the physical needs of all group members, we reserve the right to refuse tour registrations if we feel that the requirements of the tour are too demanding for you and/or if we can not reasonably accommodate your condition.
