17 INFORMATION GENERAL INFORMATION AND USEFUL TIPS RATES Prices are in EUR and refer to halfboard accommodations per person, with a twoperson minimum occupancy per room, including the Gardena Special services and all taxes. A tourist tax will be added to the rates shown: 2.00 EUR per person (aged 14 years and over) per day until and 2.50 EUR per person (aged 14 years and over) per day from , payable on departure. We reserve the right to adjust our prices to compensate for any increases in V.A.T. Uneaten meals will not be deducted and no reimbursements will be made for unused services. SURCHARGES Surcharge for fullboard accommodations: EUR per person per day. Comfort/Superior room or Suite used as a single: 80% surcharge. DISCOUNTS For the 3rd bed in a Superior room or Suite: 30% discount. Discounts will be applied to children sleeping in an additional bed in the same room or suite with two fullpaying persons. The Special Advance Reservation Discount and the Special Offer for Return Guests are applied only to reservations booked in advance with the Gardena Grödnerhof Hotel. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE On the day of arrival, rooms and suites will be available around 3 p.m. Please notify us if you will arrive after 6 p.m. On the day of departure, rooms and suites must be vacated by 12 noon. We will charge 100% of the price of the reserved stay for late arrivals or early departures. We suggest our travel cancellation coverage. RESERVATION CONFIRMATION Reservations are considered binding upon receipt of a deposit. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer, postal money order or credit card. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS For reservations cancelled up to 1 month prior to the date of arrival, nothing will be charged. For cancellations from 29 to 15 days prior to arrival, 30% of the reserved stay will be charged, while 50% will be charged for cancellations from 14 to 3 days in advance. For cancellations from 2 days or less in advance, and in case of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total price of the reserved stay will be charged. TRAVEL CANCELLATION COVERAGE To protect yourself if you are forced to postpone your arrival or leave in advance, or to completely cancel your hotel reservation for health or other valid reasons, we suggest our travel cancellation coverage. Upon request, we will be pleased to provide additional information and the relative form. PACKAGES Packages are per person and must be booked with the Gardena Grödnerhof Hotel in advance. The services included in the packages cannot be changed nor can they be refunded if they are not used by guests. PAYMENT METHODS We accept cash (up to EUR ), traveller s cheques, American Express, Diners, Visa and Euro / Mastercard. BEAUTY FARM For information about beauty and wellness packages as well as various individual treatments, baths and massages, ask for our detailed beauty brochure. We strongly suggest that you reserve specific treatments and schedules when booking your room.
