4 SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE EXTRA CHARGES Prices per person and per day with full board, kit spa (bathrobe, towel and slippers) for the duration of your stay, service, VAT 10%, access to the swimming pools one indoor and one outdoor connected with each other and equipped with whirpool, water jets, thermarium, acqua gym, fitness centre, garden, parking place, bicycles, internet point, wifi in the hall and entertainment program. Prices do not include tourist tax and any VAT increase. From to we apply the 2015 holiday prices. INFO HOTEL The rooms are available for the guests on departure day until am. No rebate can be allowed on eventual cancellation for one or more meals. BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. No penalty for cancellations made 15 days prior the arrival. After this date it will be charged 30% of the amount of your stay. In case of early departure, without 48 hours prior notice it will be charged 50% of all nights booked and confirmed. No Show : in case of no-show it will be charged one night every 3 booked and the amount of one night for stays shorter than 3 nights. Holidays: in case of cancellations, early departure and no show, it will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Payments can be made by credit card, ATM card, check or cash. In the case of cash payment may be made up to the maximum allowed by law.
