3 Reisebeschreibung A special tango holiday with Martin and Andrea awaits us in the Ahrntal (Ahrn valley), South Tyrol. We will be spending our days in the stylish Feldmilla Design hotel in Sand in Taufers where we can relax in the beautiful ambiance of the hotel and dance tango. The tango classes with Martin La Bruna and Andrea Bestvater take place either in the morning or in the afternoon, which leaves plenty of time for exploring the beautiful surrounding area. In the evening we dance tango at the hotel. Our exclusive 4 star spa hotel is situated in a quiet location in the centre of the town of Sand in Taufers. Here we have countless opportunities for hiking in the fascinating mountain landscape of the Ahrntal. It is not far to the picturesque town of Brunico in the Pustertal valley or Brixen, known for its excellent wines in South Tyrol. Pleasure and relaxation await us in our luxurious hotel. Note: Included in the price is the "Holiday Ahrntal Premium Pass". This allows us the use of public transport in South Tyrol, discounts at museums / cable cars and allows us to participate in selected guided hikes. Arrive and revive is the motto at the family-run 4-star Feldmilla Design Hotel. We are free to relax and enjoy ourselves, be it on the terrace, in the garden, in the stylish and modern lounges or in the spa area. The spa area includes a large sauna area with a variety of sauna types, an indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool, a beauty department with various treatments / massages available, as well as rest rooms specifically designed for relaxing. We start the day with an excellent breakfast. In the evening we will also be treated to a range of culinary delights with the emphasis on fresh and regional cuisine. After dinner our Milonga will be held in the hotel premises. There is a varied choice of rooms available: The "Classic rooms" are 30 m² in size, traditional and cosy style furnishings. They can be booked with or without balcony. The "Design Comfort rooms" are about 33 m² and are simple and modern yet elegantly furnished and come with balconies. The "Design Deluxe rooms" are about 45 m² in size with a very large bathroom, balcony and panoramic views. All rooms feature complimentary Internet access. Note: Extra days can be booked before or after the tango break to allow more time for exploring the beautiful mountain scenery. Reservations are possible through Bailando travel. Getting to Sand in Taufers, Italy. The fastest way to reach Sand in Taufers is via the Brenner motorway. Take the Brixen exit on the road to Bruneck and from there it is about 20 minutes to Sand in Taufers. The Ahrntal is bordered by the glaciers of the Alps to the north and the Dolomites in the south. Naturally having such wonders on your doorstep means a wide variety of excursions are on offer. Next airports: Innsbruck in Austria or Bolzano in Italy. From Bolzano about 1 hour drive, from Innsbruck about 2 hours drive. Arrival and departure: The tango classes start on Tuesday and end on Saturday. 6 Tango Tango with Martin and Andrea: Martin La Bruna and Andrea Bestvater live in Buenos Aires and have for several years spent a few months every year in Europe. Their teaching is characterised by humour and the tangible joy of imparting their highly aesthetic Tango-style. The attention they give to each individual couple always makes participants feel like they're the centre of their interest. For Tango beginners they provide a sound working base with excellent didactic/teaching structure. Martin La Bruna and Andrea Bestvater teach in English.
