4 PROMOTERS JACOB GEORGE Managing Partner Mr. Jacob George is a graduate Civil Engineer and rank holder who worked with Kerala PWD for several years before leaving India to manage a partnership business in Dubai for 2 years. He then joined Lahmeyar International, a German Consulting firm as Senior Consultant in their Civil wing at Abu Dhabi before moving to the Kuwait Oil sector Construction company NBTC as Project Manager and later as Senior Project Manager in Kuwait United Construction Management Company directly under the ruling family of Kuwait. He then returned to India as General Manager of the KGA Group of companies to build the Crowne Plaza Kochi before promoting Mandira Trading and Contracting. SUNIL P S Partner Mr. Sunil P S is a civil engineer and was managing own business of Omega Engineering Contracting & Consulting company in Ponnani, near his home town of Edappal. Mr. Sunil left to Kuwait in 1993 and was working with Kuwait Furniture Manufacturing Company (KUFUMA), a leading furniture manufacturing company owned by the rulers of Kuwait. In 2007 he was with HAVELOCK AHI (sister concern of HAVELOK, Europe) for developing retail outlets around GCC countries. After coming back to India, he has promoted Mandira Property Developers & Interiors Pvt. Ltd., and has set up a profitable business of manufacturing and marketing interiors and modular kitchen with a modern factory, with his long experience in Furniture/Interior manufacturing. ALEX GEORGE Partner Mr. Alex George is a Business graduate who had started his career as Senior Sales Executive in UAE in the year Since 1985, he worked with TRAGS- Doha - Qatar, one of the Jaidha Group of Companies in their furniture & Interior division as Sales Manager for 22 years. In 2007, he relocated & took over the position as General Manager with Advanced Group Center one of the leading office furniture & interior Organization in Kuwait. Mr. Alex has accomplished several interior and furniture fit out works for major corporate, healthcare, oil and government sectors in the Middle East and is a key person of influence in the field of furniture & interior designing solutions. In the above working phase development his business association is including, but not limited to leading international manufactures like Steelcase USA, Knoll International, Dauphin - Germany, Milliken USA, Faram Spa - Italy and Boulton & paul Modular Kitchen & Accessories -UK. 4 Mandira Trading & Contracting
