12 3Construction: The Building of a Spa No matter what your spa theme is, there is a preconceived notion that spas are a holistic and spiritual space where one can find their inner being. That space oftentimes begins as a raw, earthy dwelling where concrete and ground are the foundation in constructing a haven in which all things beautiful will be housed. Prior to breaking ground, Steiner intricately reviews the spa design in preparation for handing over the blueprints to begin construction. In the spa industry, we have become known not only for our consultancy, but also as a hands-on partner who can assess needs and proactively work alongside architects and mechanical engineers to turn over completed spa projects in a timely manner. Our scope of work includes supervising the construction phase of each project and providing mechanical and engineering input while working with general contractors and project teams to produce a final spa product.

13 4Pre-Opening: Orchestrating the Opening Performance As the design and construction phase nears completion, soon it will be time to open; it will be time to spa.
