6 AWARD CEREMONY Michalis Hatzigiannis OTHER EVENTS «THE ENCHANTED» For the first time in Thessaloniki Exhibition of exact replicas of the Incantadas, the statues of a Maenad, Dionysus, Ariadne, Leda, Ganymedes, Dioscorus, Aura and Nike that used to decorate the so-called Arcade of the Idols, at p resent-day location of the Ancient Agora, which were stolen in 1864, and which are presently on display at the Louvre Museum Pavilion 3 The exhibition will last until early January Exhibition THE MOST IMPORTANT INVENTIONS AND MUSICAL INSTRUCMENTS OF THE ANCIENT GREEKS from the MUSEUM OF ANCIENT GREEK TECHNOLOGY OF KOSTAS KOTSANAS The Exhibition aims at promoting this somewhat unknown aspect of the Ancient Greek civilization Pavilion 3 The exhibition will last until 5 January 2016 More information will be available on the TIF website after 15 September CHOCOLATE FACTORY AND MUSEUM Especially for the duration of the TIF event, the Chocolate Factory and Museum will operate once again, for young and old chocolate lovers Pavilion 1 /CONCERTS Well-known Greek musicians will once again take to the Arch stage to perform popular Greek Art and Pop songs (admission for TIF ticket holders is free) * For the first time, this is held as a competition. Amateur troupes will compete in theatrical performances for the young Daily performances at 19:30 On Sunday 13 September, the Festival will be completed with the award ceremony On an outdoor stage to the left of the Sintrivani Gate TIF MUSIC BAND FESTIVAL At the 3 rd Music Band Festival, daily from 18:00-21:00, bands will present their work to a specialized three-member committee of music industry professionals and an audience of visitors to the 80 th TIF Event from 6 to 12 September The Festival will end on Sunday 13/9 with the award ceremony On an outdoor stage CHEAPART An exhibition of paintings the main characteristic of which is the sale of works of the same price. e-gaming The largest gaming event in the Balkans is returning for one more year to notorious Pavilion Seventeen for nine days. 4000m 2 will be welcoming classic and modern gaming, educational presentations, competitions, tournaments, while panels with all your favourite community members and numerous happenings will make you want to stay put. For the more traditional gamer, there will be premises dedicated to the source of gaming, i.e., board games. Apart from the wide range available for everyone to have a go, there will also be tournaments. We could not forget the cosplayers, whose passion brings our favourite characters to life, who will participate in various workshops and their own special competition. Pavilion 17 6
