You can use this report when buying or selling a property in Spain to gauge market interest and the resale potential of a particular type of property in different areas of Spain. Now, for the first time, you can see which location, price range, property type and property size attracts visitors of various nationalities. Enquiries for leasehold, part ownership and rental properties are not included for the sake of clarity and, if an area is not listed, it is because there is not enough data currently available to render a report useful.
