2 General Conditions GENERAL CONDITIONS : From November 01st 2018 to March 31st PRICES: All the prices are per person, except car rentals. Prices are in Euros. OPERATION FEES: A handling fee of 15 Euros per file will be charged for reservations not exceeding 200 Euros. CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: For Hotel reservations, one night will be charged for reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival for individuals, and less than 30 days for groups. For package tours, a fee of 5% will be charged for cancellations received between 15 and 10 days before departure, 15% between 10 and 3 days, and 25% if received less than 3 days. There are not refunds for no shows, unused services or uncompleted tour. COMMISSIONS: All prices are net, except Madrid regular sightseeing tours which are commissionable as per contract and rest of regular sightseeing tours which are commissionable at 10%. TRANSFERS: Prices are per person and include transportation by taxi, private car or motor coach Group Transfers include assistance. Tips and porterage are not included. Night (between 8.00 pm to 8.00 am), sundays and holiday services will have a supplement of 20%. HOTELS: All prices are per person and night. Please ask for special rates for groups or special operations. Prices may vary during Trade Fairs and Special events. PAYMENTS: All services must be paid before clients arrival, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
