After a few years focusing in the real state industry, the company broaden their horizons, and in just a few years became one of the most renowed hotel chains in our country. Currently Catalonia Hotels & Resorts is composed of 69 establishments: 57 hotels in Spain (one opening soon in Barcelona), 2 in Brussels, one in Berlin and 8 resorts in the Caribbean (4 in the Dominican Republic and 4 in Mexico) and a urban hotel in Santo Domingo. makes them the leader in price-quality ratio in the city. PERFORMANCE AND PHILOSOPHY Catalonia Hotels & Resorts has reached rooms folowing its discretion and caution development strategy. This policy line has made the company to evolution in a very positive way: 90 % of the hotels are owned by the chain and the remaining 0% are operated thru renting or managing agreements.
