Who whe are? The company was founded by Mr. Pedro Estévez García and his son, Mr. Pedro Estévez Castellano in 1958.

The company was founded by Mr. Pedro Estévez García and his son, Mr. Pedro Estévez Castellano in It was founded in order to fulfill the needs for infrastructure in the south of the island of Gran Canaria as well as to provide with the basic material (extraction of pozzolana and stones in quarries) for the manufacturing of cement at the factory which was founded by that time in the municipality of Mogán in Gran Canaria. At the same time we participated in the construction of one the most important building works in the Canarian Mr. Pedro Estévez Castellano - Founder and Manager Archipelago, the Soria dam, which had a period of execution of more than ten years; it became the dam with the largest capacity in the Spanish territory. We also undertook building works for the infrastructure in the south of the island and the construction of several docks, all of it to contribute to the improvement of the land communications of our island; this way we put our two cents in the economic expansion which took place in our island due to the development of tourism. After several years and along with our experience working, we decided to widen our company in other islands of our Archipelago, La Palma, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura, where we carried out projects with big companies like the Grupo ACS and FCC, S.A., with whom we built the enlargement of the dock of Los Mármoles, the ring road, and the enlargement of the runways and terminals at the airport in Arrecife, Lanzarote, as well as the Princesa Sofía dock in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. We would like to mention that we were a pioneering company in the study and development of the African markets since we founded a subsidiary company, Nispan, in Nigeria in the year We carried out building works for the infrastructure throughout the country, and we lived, like many other Canarian people, the experience of having contributed to the improvement and the modernization of Laayone by means of constructions like the airport. To end, just to say that we are still alive and that we work willingly everyday to make our company larger to be able to benefit all of us. page 2

3 Business Activity The activity of our company is led towards the infrastructural area of Public Works (execution of roads, docks, bridges, airports, etc.) and to the private construction (clearings, channeling, etc.) in any type of land. Another important activity is the extraction of aggregates for the manufacturing of cements and concretes. For this purpose we have in our installations two plants to treat aggregates and another one to manufacture concretes, having all of them the most advanced technology which lets a high output and a better quality in the finished products. On the other hand, we also have a plant for asphalt as a complement of the execution of roads and the equipment required for the achievement of such projects. Business Philosophy The philosophy of this company is based on three main pillars: a high qualified human team, a good business strategy, and a suitable methodology, which is updated when it is required. The main aim of our company is to offer an efficient and professional service, suited to the needs of our clients, which lets them make their investments in our company profitable. page 3
