2 Istorijat i osnovi podaci History and Background Information Klaster modne i odevne industrije Srbije (FACTS) je formalno registrovan u septembru kao neprofitno udruženje. Međutim, sa njegovim uspostavljanjem se počelo još početkom 2009, kada su tri firme: Tiffany Production doo, Čačak, Ivković doo, Beograd i Jasmil doo, Arilje, došle na ideju da grupišu kompanije iz istog tekstilnog proizvodnog sektora. Klaster FACTS ima nacionalni karakter: iz Vojvodine 4 člana, Južne Srbije 2 člana, Zapadne Srbije 2 člana, Centralne Srbije 4 člana, Sandžaka 1 člana i iz Beograda 4 člana. The Fashion Apparel Cluster Serbia (FACTS) was registered in September 2010 as a non-profit organization. However, the cluster was unofficially established in early 2009, when three companies Tiffany Production doo, from Čačak, Ivković doo, from Belgrade, and Jasmil doo, from Arilje decided to group together enterprises from the textile production sector. Its members come from throughout the country: 4 from Vojvodina, 2 from Southern Serbia, 2 from Western Serbia, 4 from Central Serbia, 1 from Sandžak, and 4 from Belgrade. Zapošljava 13% od ukupnog broja zaposlenih u tekstilnoj industriji Srbije ljudi, a indirektno preko kooperantske mreže ljudi. Ukupan ostvaren promet članica klastera FACTS za godinu iznosi: ,00 dinara. Ukupan ostvareni izvoz za godinu iznosi: ,00 EUR FACTS employs 13% of the textile industry s total number of employees as many as 2,611 individuals, indirectly through the cluster s network of associates, this total is 3,500. The total turnover achieved by FACTS members in 2011: 54,000,000 EUR. The total value of FACTS exports in 2011: 14,121,430 EUR.

4 POKAZATELJ USPEŠNOSTI KLASTERA FACTS ili zašto je dobro biti član klastera Aktivnosti klastera vezano za poboljšanje konkurentnosti i povećanje izvoza firmi članica - organizacija zajedničkih trgovinskih misija: Istanbul, april i oktobar ostvarena ušteda od 25% u odnosnu na ranije nabavne cene repromaterijala; Barselona, septembar susreti od značaja za unapređenje tehnološkog sistema u procesu proizvodnje; Sofija, maj susreti sa tekstilim asocijacijama i obrazovnim institucijama iz regiona jugoistočne Evrope; Pariz, septembar i praćenje najsavremenijih modnih tendencija i susreti vezani za potencijalni izvoz firmi članica; Šangaj,oktobar podizanje konkurentnosti firmi članica; Tirana, novembar 2012 susreti radi potencijalnog osvajanja novog tržišta. Aktivnosti klastera vezano za finansijsko poslovanje firmi članica: Sve članice snadbevene sa analizom mogućih izvora finansiranja u RS; lobiranje kod vladinih i nevladinih institucija od značaja za tekstilni sektor u celini. Postignuti rezltati : AOFI i MeRR finansijki podsticaji tekstilnoj industriji, ostvarena značajna ušteda članicama u sniženim kamatnim stopama za odobrene kredite. Aktivnosti klastera usmerene na dizanje administrativnih i konkurentnih kapaciteta firmi članica: Ostvareno zajedničko pravo pristupa firmama i obrazovnim institucijama najsavremenijem svetskom serveru Wgsn za modne tendencije Zajedničko angažovanje stranih konsultanata. Dostupnost usavršavanja kroz razne obuke, radionice i treninge od značaja za poslovanje (kontinuirano). Realizovane stručne prakse za studente u firmama članicama (kontinuirano). Zajednička Analiza tržista muške i ženske odeće vezano za izvoz.
5 Marketinške aktivnosti klastera Klaster ima izuzetan PR u godini prisutnost u skoro svim elektronskim medijima i pisanim medijima od značaja za sektor. Klaster je organizovao zajedničko učešće na Humanitarnom bazaru Pomoć deci bez staranja i u saradnji sa Ambasadama u Republici Srbiji. Učešće i promocija klastera na Konferencijama vezanim za tekstilnu industriju: Sofija, Skoplje, Zrenjanin, Beograd, od godine. Učešće i promocija klastera na međunarodnim konferencijama klasterske inicijative: Helsinki i Beč godine. Klaster ima zajednički web site, izdaje godišnji Newsletter i zajedničku brošuru. Klaster je vidljiv na EUROTEX sajtu i mreži tekstilnih asocijacija Evrope kao relevantan predstavnik tekstilne industrije Srbije. Klaster FACTS je od do februara imao konstantnu tehničku podrsku EU kancelarije Projekta SECEP. Klaster FACTS je član evropske kolaboracione mreže klastera. Klaster i sve firme članice su članovi evropske mreže preduzetništva. Klaster FACTS je član AHK komore nemačke privrede u Beogradu. Klaster je član Saveta klastera u PKS, Klaster je član inicijalnog odbora Udruženja izvoznika Srbije. Klaster je predstavnik tekstilne industrije Srbije u povezivanju tekstilnih asocijacija jugoistočne Evrope - GIZ - ORF projekat. Klaster FACTS je podržan od strane SIPPO, švajcarskog programa za promociju izvoza do godine. Klaster ima izuzetne partnerske odnose sa SIEPA, AOFI i NaRR. Direktor klastera se nalazi na listi najuspešnijih poslovnih žena Srbije.
6 FACTS SUCCESS INDICATORS Why it s good to be a cluster member Cluster activities aimed at improving competitiveness and increasing exports of member companies joint trade missions organized: Istanbul, April 2011 and October 2012 secured 25% savings compared to previous price of raw and processed materials; Barcelona, September 2011 meeting helped improve technological production system; Sofia, May 2012 meetings with textile associations and educational institutions from Southeast Europe; Paris, September 2011 and 2012 following latest fashion trends and meetings regarding potential exporting by member companies; Shanghai, October 2012 increasing competitiveness of member companies; Tirane, November 2012 meetings regarding potential break into new market. Cluster activities relevant to member companies financial operations: All members receive an analysis of potential funding sources in Serbia Lobbying with governmental and non-governmental institutions relevant to textile sector as a whole. Results so far: Serbian Export Credit and Insurance Agency (AOFI) and Ministry of Economics and Regional Development financial incentive to textile industry, significant savings for members through reduced interest rates on approved credits. Cluster activities aimed at enhancing administrative and competitive capacities of member companies: Joint access for cluster members to world s foremost fashion trend forecaster, WGSN, for Joint hiring of foreign consultants. Business-related training courses and workshops for members (ongoing). Student internships at member companies (ongoing). Joint Analysis of Male and Female Apparel Market related to export.
7 Cluster Marketing Activities Cluster has exceptional PR in 2012 presence in nearly all electronic and printed media relevant to sector. Joint participation was organized at the 2011 and 2012 Charity Bazaars for Children Without Parental Care, in cooperation with foreign embassies in the Republic of Serbia. Cluster participation and promotion at international textile industry conferences ( ): Sofia, Skopje, Zrenjanin, Belgrade. Cluster participation and promotion at international cluster initiative conferences in Helsinki (2011) and Vienna (2012). Cluster has a Website, publishes annual Newsletter and the brochure. FACTS is present on the EUROTEX website and the network of European textile associations as a relevant representative of the Serbian textile industry. From 2010 to February 2012, FACTS had constant technical support from the SECEP project s EU Office.
