4 ADVENTURE GAME "THE GOLD OF ANCIENT MAGICIANS" An adventure game is carried out on the territory of the Varna Ecopark. Children are divided into two teams. Each team receives instructions and rules of the game and they go on an adventure. There are a variety of obstacles: rope gardens, a climbing park, a cable railway over the river, water obstacles, shooting, a climbing rope, mobile stairs and others. The game is filled with a lot of emotions; there are individual fights and challenges. For the first time in our game two teams come against each other in direct duels and firing. The team that wins the game gets the right to open the chest. In the end everyone gets amulets. There are special awards with magical powers for the winners. Important: Sports shoes are required! 5 THE "TREASURE OF THE MAGI" GAME IN THE CATACOMBS Volkhvy were an ancient Slavic nomadic tribe. People are trying to unravel their secrets. For this they need to go through trials and win the right to open a mysterious chest with the key to the throne room where the hidden treasure could be found. Two teams, three chests, locks, codes, tests, awards... And the winner who gets the hidden reward. The game is played in the Catacombs in Varna. Each team receives a parchment with tasks. All team members go through all the tests. Important: Sports shoes are required! Duration: 4 hours

6 CARTING The kart circuit of Varna is the biggest go-cart track in Bulgaria. It is certified by BKSF (Bulgarian Karting Sport Federation) being adopted by the International Karting Federation CIK/FIA. Over the years karting in Varna gets a variety of prizes. Every year there are national and international competitions for professionals. Karting is located 5 km north-east of the city of Varna. Total area - 2,9 hectares, the length of the route m, the width - 9 m. On this circuit you can train or just raise your adrenaline. We suggest five or ten rounds on your choice. Professional instructors will help you. Duration: 3 hours

7 DOLPHINARIUM Dolphinarium is a unique entertainment facility. It is located in the city of Varna, in the green in the northern part of the Sea Garden, with wonderful views of the sea. Dolphinarium was opened and is one of the symbols not only of Varna, but the whole Bulgarian tourism industry. Dolphins and their trainers present the unique Dolphin show. It is conducted simultaneously in four languages: Bulgarian, Russian, German and English. Duration of the show - 40 minutes. In the Dolphinarium you will see wonderful execution of the program which includes acrobatics, musical shows and amazing dolphin dancing! The most loyal audience of the show are children and dolphins answer them in a special manner. There are a lot of activities specially made for kids. Dolphins are fully naturalized, that is, they are not only "doing their job for the amusement of spectators," but also successfully reproduce. 8 OPENAIR PICNIC The event is suitable for children of any age. It is a full day excursion. The whole day is filled with emotions and a number of activities that everybody likes. Here children will ride a horse on a horse farm with an instructor, learn a lot about beekeeping, taste different kinds of honey. They will get acquainted with ancient Bulgarian crafts pottery and cooperage. Children will see the old Dervishky monastery and hear about its history. The beautiful surroundings of Chukurovo are an ideal place for a picnic. Then we will have fun, sunbathe and swim in the sea or in the pool altogether. There are games in which everyone can participate and get rewards. Duration: the whole day

9 ALBENA RESORT Albena is one of the biggest and well-known world resorts. It was established in 1969 and is located in the beautiful bay of the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria. Albena beach strip has a length of 3.5 kilometers and a width of 150 meters. All hotels have original architecture and individual look. It's nice to take a walk along the central Alley of Arts or the promenade. Visit the amusement park Amusement park is located in the central part of the resort, near the hotel LAGUNA BEACH. It offers a variety of entertainment and attractions. The trampoline, roller coaster, shooting gallery, carousel and other interesting attractions are waiting for you. Everybody gets a card with bonus points and within two hours can have fun at all the attractions. Here no one is bored! Note: You can choose to ride a small train or a phaeton or a bike. 10 THE SUMMER RESIDENCE OF THE ROMANIAN QUEEN AND THE BOTANICAL GARDEN The town of Balchik is situated in the northern part of Bulgaria, 40 km from the city of Varna. One of the oldest towns on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, it was founded more than 2 and a half thousand years ago as a Greek colony and then developed as a trading center. The name "Balchik" is derived from the name of the Boyar Balik who owned the area in the 14th century. In 1931 the Romanian Queen Maria built a summer residence here. It combines European and Muslim styles and reflects the religious views of the Queen who sought a rapprochement of the Christian and the Muslim faith. There is a waterfall, a small lake, rare trees, clean air nearby. The main attraction of the Balchik resort is the famous Botanical Garden, an area of 6.5 hectares, created in It is known for its collection of cacti and aloes with more than 250 species. The botanical garden has especially impressive collection of cactuses. There are a lot of paths lined with white stone that were previously covered by carpets. On the road you can watch a wizard potter in the pottery workshop, try to sculpture yourself and buy the original souvenirs. Duration: 3 hours

11 ALADZHA MONASTERY The monastery of the Holy Trinity (Aladzha) is one of the most popular excursions on the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria, its study is still ongoing. The monastery is hidden from outsider's eyes in the caves of the limestone cliffs at the height of 40 m. The monastery is best known under the name of Aladzha ("colorful") which is connected with colorful murals of the monastery walls in the Middle Ages. Now only fragments remained of the former splendor, but they are still dramatic. The monastery has a small museum that features exhibits related to the monastery past. The catacombs of Aladzha, located 800 meters northwest from the monastery, are caves on three levels. They keep the secrets, legends and myths that were born from the mysterious rocks or maybe from the dense forest. Extraordinary architectural forms, beautiful nature around, numerous local legends create a unique atmosphere of tranquility and mysticism. 12 ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE "STONE FOREST" /«HAMMERED STONES»/ "Stone Forest", or "hammered stones" ("Pobiti Kamani") is a natural phenomenon, which is located 18 km west of the city of Varna. The whole area is occupied by "stone forest" for 50 square kilometers. The length of the original "Park" is about 700 m. Here you can see the huge cylindrical stone columns that sometimes reach 6m in height. According to scientists there once was the sea and these pillars are the limestone measures. On many of them the fossils are seen - snails, mussels and more. The estimated age of the "Stone Forest" is 50 million years. The attention of tourists is often attracted to the so-called "energy circle" with the low post in the center. A visit to the unique natural phenomenon will remain in your memory for a long time. 13 CAPE KALIAKRA 40 km east of Kranevo is situated the most beautiful and quaint place in the northern Black Sea coast, cape Kaliakra. It is a rocky massif crashed into the sea for 2 km. The rocks are full of iron oxides which colour the cape purple-red. Like a flame sword it cuts the blue-green sea waves; sheer cliffs make it inaccessible and majestic. For its beauty the cape and the surroundings got the name of Kaliakra, which is translated from Greek as "beautiful nose" (Gk. Kallos - beautiful and akre - nose). There were built fortresses from IV century BC, and then they were rebuilt repeatedly by Romans and Byzantines. In the XIV century Bulgarian nobles built a powerful fortress Klaserka the ruins of which can still be seen today. In 1388 the fortress was conquered by the Ottoman Empire. Cape Kaliakra is known as the place of death of forty Bulgarian girls. In 1791 the Cape has become a witness of one of the greatest battles in the Black Sea when the Russian squadron under the command of Rear Admiral F. Ushakov crushed the Turkish fleet under the command of Hussein Pasha vastly superior in numbers. There is a memorial which reminds us of this event. Today this region is a beautiful nature reserve where cormorants nest, and starlings and blackbirds live in rock caves. Here you can see dolphins, rare representatives of the Black Sea fauna, swimming in the sea. There were built a lighthouse, a weather station and a chapel; and a museum and restaurant in two beautiful caves with an incredible view. There is a possibility to visit the area "Dalboka" ("deep"), where is built a unique farm for mussels on the banks of the picturesque bay. Enjoy a picnic with a rich selection of mussels and fish delicacies. Duration: 4 hours

14 NESEBAR One of the most famous Bulgarian towns and the oldest cities in Europe is Nessebar - a small town situated on a rocky peninsula, north of the city of Burgas. Nessebar is divided into two parts: the old and the new connected by a small isthmus. Old Nessebar has a number of relics; the most important of them are architectural buildings - fortresses, towers. In 1983 the ancient town was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. The city has 42 churches, almost all of them were found during excavations by archaeologists. One of them functions and the rest are art galleries. The city fascinates with its unique architecture, temples of the First and Second Bulgarian Kingdom (5st - 14st centuries), typical Black Sea Renaissance houses and the unique atmosphere of the city - successor of the ancient Thracian culture. At the scenic road, we pass by the cities such as Shumen, Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo. Dryanovo Monastery - Modern Monastery is one of the ten most revered shrines of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church, a national historic landmark. It is located 4 km south-west of Dryanovo in the picturesque gorge of the Dryanovo River. The monastery was founded in the 12th century during the Turkish yoke. It was destroyed several times. Since 1845 the monastery was built on the present location. You will be offered lunch at the Dryanovo Monastery. Etar - Ethnographic complex. An open air museum is located on an area of 7 hectares. It restores a traditional Bulgarian village of the second half of the 18th and 19th centuries with crafts shops ("dyukyani") and bazaar area. A visit to the ethnographic complex, dinner in the restaurant of the complex and accommodation in a hotel of the complex for the night are included. Day 2. Shipka - National Park-Museum combines the complex of monuments dedicated to the defense of Shipka during the Russian-Turkish war The main one among them is the Monument of Freedom built in 1934 Memorial Church in the village of Shipka. 16 The town of Kazanlak is known as the Valley of the Thracian Kings and Roses. On the outskirts of town is the only museum of roses in the world. 17 NATURAL PARK RUSENSKI LOM (a full day with a picnic) 20 km from Rousse is a rock-hewn church complex of Ivanovo. The caves in the rocks are located at an altitude of 32 meters above the river, there are well preserved Milling cutters of century inside. The monks lived here during the Second Bulgarian Kingdom and partly under the Ottomans. Under the Kingdom the monks were patronized by Turnovo nobility. However, the current condition of the complex is far from ideal. The tourists can explore five open churches. We will visit the church St. Virgin, a part of a large rock manastir of St. Archangel Michael. In the vicinity of Ivanovo there is the natural park Rusenski Lom - picturesque limestone hills, cliffs along the valley of the river Beli Lom. "Orlova Chuka" cave was discovered by chance in The cave is the second largest in Bulgaria. In a picturesque forest we will have a dinner prepared on the grill. The medieval town of Cerveno is one of the largest cities of the Second Bulgarian Kingdom of centuries. It was developed from the Thracian village and a large early Byzantine fortress. 24 PLANETARIUM Planetarium at the Higher Naval School. N.Y. Vaptsarov is located in the park next to the educational buildings. The diameter of its dome is 18 m, in the hall of 120 seats, which makes this planetarium the largest on the Balkan Peninsula. The Foundation day of the planetarium is considered December 7, The projection device is mounted on four axes: polar - for demonstrating round-the-clock rotation of the sky; ecliptic - to show the movement of the Sun, the Moon, the planets and the fixed stars; horizontal - for changing the geographical latitude and vertical - for horizontal rotation of the sky. 27 National Historical and Archaeological Reserve "Pliska" This is the first capital of the Bulgarian state created by the khan Asparukh -. The city was the capital from 681 to 893 years.
