4 Location Costa Paradiso is a summer village at the sea. All of the houses harmonize in style and colour with the unique red granite cliffs. In this area you!ll find rocky bays with sunbathing platforms as well as the sandy beach of Li Cossi, which is considered to be one of the most beautiful beaches of the northwest. You can reach several more divine beaches within minutes by car, like Cala Sarraina or Marinedda at Isola Rossa. At the small harbour of the Costa Paradiso inflatable boats can be rent, with which secluded bays can be explored from the sea. In addition to this there is a diving centre with diving school. In the resort you!ll find supermarkets, restaurants and bars as well as further small stores and a pharmacy. Medical support is available during the summer months. Nearby towns include Trinita d Agultu, Badesi, Valledoria, Castelsardo and Santa Teresa (with Capo Testa). The hinterland called Gallura is worth seeing (hiking, cycling) with the towns Luogosanto and Tempio (centres in typical granite) and the Valle della Luna near Aggius. The house is situated in a lower, near the ocean area. The rocky bay Baietti is ca. 350 m distant, the Centro Maya with bar, restaurants and a Minimarket can be reached within ca. 260 m walking distance. The sandy beach of Li Cossi is m away.

6 Property Description(1) Villetta Delia is a well kept cornerhouse in one of the most beautiful locations of Costa Paradiso. Only 140 m distant to the sea, with a fantastic view of the sea, the Gulf of Asinara and striking red rock formations. Oriented to the west you!ll enjoy the sunset every evening. The home has a large living area with a wide window front and covered veranda. The living area has a large sofa, a dining area and a well-equipped open kitchen (with dishwasher). The large bedroom with double bed and bath ensuite has seaview. The second bedroom has two single beds. There!s a second bathroom next to this. Villetta Delia is part of a residence with nine living units in total, mainly used by its owners. Belonging to the reasidence is the pool area with a large pool and surrounding terrace. The pool area is integrated in the mediterranean ambience. All living units are built in a bend, so there!s anough privacy to the verandas. The pool is free to owners and guests of this residence. It!s situated above the house and is opened from the middle of June to September.

16 Property Description(2) The side of the house facing out onto the sea has a large, partly covered veranda with an additional diing space. The other side of the house has a small patio with BBQ. The home is equipped with more useful amenities like washingmachine, Sat-TV,clothes drying rack and a covered carport. The bedding will be provided within a linen package according to German standards: Matresses with additional hygienic inlay and more molleton fabrics, with fitted sheets, four-season blankets (135 x 200 cm) with fitting duvet cover and pillows (40 x 80 cm) with congruent pillow cases. On site we are available for you or we!ll be represented by service partners. Together with our partners the handover of the keys and briefing will be organized, the linen package will be given over and we deal with any possible problems that may arise.
