4 Location Costa Paradiso is a resort at the sea. All of the houses harmonize in style and colour with the unique red granite cliffs. In this area you!ll find rocky bays with sunbathing platforms as well as the sandy beach of Li Cossi, which is considered to be one of the most beautiful beaches of the northwest. You can reach several more divine beaches within minutes by car, like Cala Sarraina or Marinedda at Isola Rossa. At the small harbour of the Costa Paradiso inflatable boats can be rent, with which secluded bays can be explored from the sea. In addition to this there is a diving centre with diving school. In the resort you!ll find supermarkets, restaurants and bars as well as further small stores and a pharmacy. Medical support is available during the summer months. Nearby towns include Trinita d Agultu, Badesi, Valledoria, Castelsardo and Santa Teresa (with Capo Testa). The hinterland called Gallura is worth seeing (hiking, cycling) with the towns Luogosanto and Tempio (centres in typical granite) and the Valle della Luna near Aggius. Villa Adriana is located in a lower closer to the ocean part of the Costa Paradiso, ca. 300 m distant to the sea (direct line). There!s a small harbour (rubber dinghy rental, diving school) 600 m distant, 600 m to the bay La Sorgente, m to the sandy beach of Li Cossi and another 600 m to a business centre (supermarket, bakery, restaurant, cafés, etc.).

7 Property Description (1) The Villa Adriana is a large home with private pool of 5 m x 10 m (opened may - october) in one of the best locations of Costa Paradiso. Only 300 m distant to the sea with a fantastic view of the Gulf of Asinara and the typical, striking, red rock formations. Oriented to the west you can enjoy the sun set into the sea. The house has a large living area with a window facade to the veranda, to the pool and to the sea. The living area has two seating areas, a dining space and open kitchen, equipped with a dish washer. The Villa has two bedrooms for four persons maximum. Both bedrooms have double beds. A third double bed can be found in an alcove, can be used upon consultation. Both bathrooms in the main house have a shower, WC and bidet. There!s a large veranda with a large dining table situated at the side of the sea. Stairs lead from the house into the garden with pool terrace and sun loungers. A separated dependance has two single beds and a further bath with dhower and WC. The house is finished with further amenities ike a washing machine, Sat-TV (Astra, all german satellite channels) and BBQ. You!ll find a private parking space in front of the house for your car.

11 Property Description (2) The location in the lower part of the Costa Paradiso is special. The sea is next-door and you can reach rocky bays of the Costa Paradiso by foot (600 m) and the sandy Li Cossi beach(1.000 m. The centre Maja with bar, cafe, restaurant and a smaller food store can easily be reached by foot, too A shopping centre with supermarket, bars, restaurants, boutiques and shops for meat, fish, fruits and vegetables can be found in a higher part of the Costa Paradiso, which can be arrived by foot or car easily.
