5 Location Costa Paradiso is a resort at the sea. All of the houses harmonize in style and colour with the unique red granite cliffs. In this area you ll find rocky bays with sunbathing platforms as well as the sandy beach of Li Cossi, which is considered to be one of the most beautiful beaches of the northwest. You can reach several more divine beaches within minutes by car, like Cala Sarraina or Marinedda at Isola Rossa. At the small harbour of the Costa Paradiso inflatable boats can be rent, with which secluded bays can be explored from the sea. In addition to this there is a diving centre with diving school. In the resort you ll find supermarkets, restaurants and bars as well as further small stores and a pharmacy. Medical support is available during the summer months. Nearby towns include Trinita d Agultu, Badesi, Valledoria, Castelsardo and Santa Teresa (with Capo Testa). The hinterland called Gallura is worth seeing (hiking, cycling) with the towns Luogosanto and Tempio (centres in typical granite) and the Valle della Luna near Aggius. The location at the norther edge at Costa Paradiso is special. All houses in this area have large properties, so there s no direct neighbour. The sea is only 300 m distant. Below the house is a bay, which is ideal for swimming and snorkelling. The sandy beach of Costa Paradiso, Li Cossi, can be reached via a developed footpath along the cliifs. This path starts at the parking space at the small harbour. The harbour can be reached, from the house, by car within ca. 4 min. By walking along the footpath ca. 12 min, you get to Li Cossi beach, which can t be attained by car. Further dream beaches such as La Marinedda (Isola Rossa), Lu Litarroni and Monti Russu (near Aglientu) or the 10 km long sandy beach of Badesi can be reached with car in min. 9 Property Description (1) Independent Villa Rocca Ruja is embedded in a terraced, mediterranean garden. The property of ca sqm is located at the end of a dead end street. It borders on a nature reserve. Just ca. 300 m to the sea. A path leads to the underlying bay Cala Antonioni. The house is built in Sardinian style. The ground floor has a living- and dining space with open kitchen. There s a bedroom, a bath and a clothing store on this level as well. About a flight of stairs to get into the upper floor with two more bedrooms and a bath. From the living room on the ground floor you can go to a large, partly covered terrace with a view of the infinity-pool, the sea and the island of Corsica. The side of the house facing away from the sea has an outdoor area with bricked BBQ. The house is equipped with a lot of useful amenities, such as a dish washer, washing machine, large fridge and freeze, coffee machine Lavazza Mio, Sat-TV (Astra, all German satellite channels), wifi, BBQ, outside shower and pool lights. In addition, two parking-spaces are available.

15 Property Description (2) The Villa Rocca Ruja is situated at the edge of Costa Paradiso. Here you will only find independent villas. The villa is located at the end of a dead end road. The property adjoins a big nature reserve. The sea is ca. 300 m distant. A path from the house leads you down to Cala Antonioni. This is a beautiful rocky bay, where the typical red cliffs of the Costa Paradiso jut out into the sea. The house can be reached from the parking space within 50 steps down. The bedding will be provided within a linen package according to German standards: Matresses with additional hygienic inlay and more molleton fabrics, with fitted sheets, fourseason blankets (135 x 200 cm) with fitting duvet cover and pillows (40 x 80 cm) with congruent pillow cases. On site we are available for you or we ll be represented by service partners. Together with our partners the handover of the keys and briefing will be organized, the linen package will be given over and we deal with any possible problems that may arise.
