2 2 Program Description This is a 4 day, 3 night vacation to the Grand Cayman Islands. During this vacation, participants will explore the attractions that the Grand Cayman Islands have to offer. Attractions include but are not limited to: turtle farm, Seven Mile Beach, shopping in the Kirk Freeport Plaza, dining in local restaurants, exploring the ocean in the Atlantis submarine, Queen Elizabeth s Botanic Park, and snorkeling with the stingrays at Stingray City.

4 4 Cost Flight out of Charlottesville, VA, Layover in Charlotte, NC, to Grand Cayman Islands and return trip o $557 per ticket Grand Cayman Marriott Resort o $219 per night o 3 Nights = $657 per person for the whole trip Cayman Turtle Farm o $45 per person for the entire park Stingray City o $45 per person for 3 hour boat tour, fishing, and stingray play Queen Elizabeth Botanic Park o $10 per person Cayman Islands Submarine Seaworld Day Tours o $34 per person TOTAL COST: $1,348 per person *There are no hotel packages for food. Therefore, participants will have to bring extra money for food and any other souvenirs they may want on the trip.

5 5 Grand Cayman Island Itinerary August 17-21, 2014 Sunday, August 17 4:30 am Arrive at the Charlottesville airport 7:00 am Flight 4179 leaves Charlottesville 8:19 am Land in Charlotte, NC Change planes 11:35 am Flight 821 leaves Charlotte, NC 1:20 pm Land in Grand Cayman Islands 2:30 pm Grab a quick lunch 4:00 pm Check into Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort 4:30-5:30 pm Unpack and relax in rooms after the long trip 6:00 pm Eat Dinner at Sol Bar (American Dining Casual dress wear) 8:00 pm Enjoy a nice walk along the beach 10:00 pm Go back to rooms and prepare for the next day! Monday, August 18 9:00 am Free continental breakfast at the resort 10:30 am Leave for the Turtle Farm 11:00-2:30 pm Spend day at the Turtle Farm Eat lunch at on-site dining location Schooners 2:30 pm Head over to the Botanic Park 3:00-5:30 pm Enjoy the Botanic Park until close 6:30 pm Eat Dinner at Red Parrott (Italian Dining Casual dress wear) 8:30 pm Go for a nice walk on the beach or head back up to the bedroom for rest for the next big day! 6 6 10:30 am Leave for Cayman Islands Submarine Tours 11:00 am Arrive at Cayman Islands Submarine Tours 11:30 am Get on boat for Seaworld Day Tours 12:30 pm Grab lunch at restaurant of choice (fast food recommended) 1:30 pm Head over to Stingray City for a 3 hour boat tour with the Stingrays 2:30 pm Stingray City tour starts! 5:30 pm Dock back at Stingray City 6:00 pm Eat a nice dinner at Over the Edge 8:00 pm Head back to the hotel 8:30 pm Free time: Hang out on the beach, lounge in the hotel, or head to bed to prepare for tomorrow! 8 8 Notes/Considerations All activities are accessible to ensure cooperation from the company you should call at least 72 hours in advance. Stingray City prefers you book at least 72 hours in advance. This will give them a heads up to make sure they are still fully accessible. Make sure you re on time for the flight nothing would be worse than missing out on all this fun because you missed a flight.
