1 Credit River PROBUS Club & Tour Design present Day 1 / Jun 06 Depart Toronto Kelowna (D) Board your flight to Kelowna. Kelowna lies in the heart of British Columbia s Okanagan Valley, the largest city on Okanagan Lake, surrounded by provincial parks, pine forest, vineyards, orchards and mountains. Its downtown area incorporates waterfront City Park and a lakeside cultural district. Purpose-built for the 21st century, the University of British Columbia s Okanagan campus opened in Kelowna in UBC is one of North America s largest public research and teaching institutions, and one of only two Canadian institutions consistently ranked among the world s 40 best universities. We visit this campus today. More than 20 local vineyards offer wine tours and tastings however today we visit Mission Hill. They invite us to experience the nature and art of winemaking by walking the lush on-site vineyards, visiting the underground cellars and sampling fine wine by the glass. This is a process that almost as old as time itself. Dinner this evening at our hotel. Overnight Kelowna. Accomodation t.b.c. Day 2 / Jun 07 Kelowna - Osoyoos (B, L) DISCOVER B.C. June 6 22, 2019 (17 Days) British Columbia is a place of immense natural beauty that boasts dozens of spectacular places to explore. They have ten mountain ranges that push west from the Rockies in a crowded parade until they fall into the Pacific. Higher up, mountain passes link whole ecosystems, and water sheds. It s a wild place where Mother Nature creates the boundaries. Not man. And while she demands respect, her handiwork offers massive rewards for those who come to explore its beauty. This is Canada at its best. Breakfast at the hotel before we head south to Osoyoos, where we discover the fascinating stories of Canada s only desert and share in the rich living culture of the Okanagan people. We have lots to see today starting with a visit to the Desert Cultural Centre. Nk Mip Desert Cultural Centre and Osoyoos Desert Centre have hands-on exhibits and trails exploring the local desert ecosystem. Then we see the Osoyoos Museum tracing the town s history with aboriginal and pioneer artifacts. Lunch is included before we spend the rest of the afternoon touring around in Nk'Mip Vineyards and enjoying the cellar tour and barrel tasting. 2 Day 3 / Jun 08 Osoyoos Summerland (B,L) Breakfast at your hotel. We will depart for Summerland to visit Kettle Valley Steam Railway. Built during , the KVR Kootenay to Coast Connection powered our pioneer fruit industry into world markets, created employment, hobos and stories that will be with us forever. Join us for the ten miles of beautiful vistas including Trout Creek Bridge, 238 feet above the canyon floor. For lunch, we will visit Burrowing Owl Estate Winery. Late afternoon, we will stop by Osoyoos Desert Model Railway featuring more than 45 computer controlled trains running through detailed landscaping. Dinner on your own this evening. Day 4 / Jun 09 Osoyoos Victoria (B) We will depart for Victoria via Highway 3. We will make brief stops along the way and visit Spotted Lake, Hedley & Bromley Rock Provincial Park. We will then have our lunch (not included) either at Manning Park Lodge in Manning Provincial Park or at a restaurant in Hope. In the late afternoon we take the ferry from Tsawassen through the beautiful Gulf Islands arriving at Swartz Bay from where we continue our drive for one last hour to the hotel in Victoria. Dinner on your own upon arrival. Accommodation: Hotel Grand Pacific (2 nights) Day 5 / Jun 10 Victoria (B, D) We will start our day with Songhees Nation Tour. In the afternoon, we will visit notable places in Victoria, namely: Beacon Hill Park, Craigdarroch Castle and Lt. Governor's House. We will finish our day by driving along city coast line with stops at Cattle Point and other sites. A busy day and now you can relax over your included dinner this evening. Day 6 / Jun 11 Victoria Tofino (B,L) Breakfast at the hotel, after which we will depart for Tofino. We will make brief stops along the way. We will explore Old West Saanich Road to Brentwood Bay, ferry across Saanich Inlet, and landing at Bamberton. We will then have a walking tour of murals in Chemainus. Lunch stop at Old Country Market. Accommodation: Jamie's Tofino Rainforest Inn (3 nights) Day 7 / Jun 12 Tofino (B,D) Tofino is a small district on Vancouver Island, off Canada's west coast. It sprawls on a peninsula within Clayoquot Sound, characterised by wild natural scenery including lakes, inlets and ancient rainforest. Sandy beaches with year-round surfing facilities include Cox Bay, Chesterman Beach and popular Long Beach, part of the Pacific Rim National Park Reserve. The relaxed town of Tofino sits on the peninsula's tip. Tofino is a village, making a visit to our shops and galleries an easy walk. Free day to explore. For sure visit the crab dock where crab fisherman store traps, and unload fresh crab.

3 Day 8 / Jun 13 Tofino (B,D) Today we take to the water for a tour and whale watching. Grey Whales. Killer Whales. Humpback Whales. Watch these gentle giants breach, spyhop, spout and more on our 2.5 hour tour with our local guide's. Don't forget to bring your camera! Also visit the Whale Centre Maritime Museum. The Centre offers a display of artifacts collected and donated by Tofino locals over the past twenty five years. On exhibit is an assortment of traditional native jewelry, cedar baskets, paddles, sea life, local artifacts from traditional whaling equipment to original navigation charts of the area and a complete 40 gray whale skeleton. Day 9 / Jun 14 Tofino Haida Gwaii (B,D) After breakfast, we will head to the airport and depart for Sandspit (Haida Gwaii ) via specially chartered flights. Haida Gwaii means Islands of the People. The area consists of more than 150 islands of varying sizes. It is the most remote archipelago in Canada, located 62 miles across the Hecate Strait from Prince Rupert. This remote and rugged archipelago is steeped in the ancient culture of the Haida First Nation. Here you see glorious old-growth rainforest, rich marine environment and cultural treasures. Accommodation: Sandspit Adventures (3 nights) Day 10 / Jun 15 Haida Gwaii (B,L,D) After breakfast, we will depart for north beach and blow hole for morning tour. In the afternoon, we will head to Agate beach and Massett inlet. Day 11 / Jun 16 Haida Gwaii (B,L,D) Today, we will visit Haida Heritage Center and Balance rock in the morning. We then head to Gray Bay and Copper bay for afternoon tour. We return to lodge for Crab boil for supper or the option for some guests to do a small boat excursion crabbing for the afternoon.

4 Day 12 / Jun 17 Haida Gwaii Prince Rupert (B) After we have our breakfast, we depart for Prince Rupert via ferry which will take all day. We will be transferred to our hotel upon arrival. Accommodation: Crest Hotel (2 nights) Day 13 / Jun 18 Prince Rupert (B,D) Today we travel north by boat through Chatham Sound. We will be fascinated with stories about the historic native villages. Along the way, watch for porpoises, seals, sea lions, bald eagles, and blue herons as we learn first-hand about this diverse marine environment. We will enter the rugged coastal mountains and pristine wilderness of the Khutzeymateen Valley, home to one of the highest concentrations of grizzly bears in North America. You will have a chance to see these legendary giants in their natural environment. It is truly a photographer s paradise and will be one of the highlights of the tour. Dinner at the Hotel. Day 14 / Jun 19 Prince Rupert Prince George (B,L,D) We depart for Prince George by train on Via Rail and enjoy a spectacular journey through the Rocky Mountains. We will be travelling in Touring Class. In addition to more spacious seating, we will enjoy sweeping views from the extra-large panoramic windows in the Panorama car. We will also benefit from exclusive access to the Park dome car with lounge, 360 degree views and a complimentary selection of hot and cold meals. Upon arrival, we shall settle in to our hotel overfnight. Accommodation: Prestige Treasure Cove (1 night) Day 15 / Jun 20 Prince George Jasper (B,L,D) After breakfast, we make our way to the rail station and depart to Jasper for the second half of our amazing journey through the Rockies. We will also be travelling Touring Class on this 2 nd leg. Accommodation: The Marmot Lodge (1 night) Day 16 / Jun 21 Jasper Canmore (B,D) Today, we take a short sightseeing tour of Jasper before driving through to Banff National Parks. We will make several stops along the scenic Icefield Parkway Drive (eg. Athabasca Falls, Peyto Lake). For lunch, we will make a stop at Num-ti-jah Lodge. There will be a short stop in Banff for shopping in this bustling tourist town before we arrive in Canmore to settle in for the evening. Our farewell dinner in Canmore includes a glass of wine. Accommodation: Coast Canmore Hotel & Conf. Centre (1 night) Day 17 / Jun 22 Depart Calgary (B) We drive to Calgary Airport for your flight home.

5 INCLUSIONS - Roundtrip airfare from Toronto to Kelowna and Calgary to Toronto in economy class - Ground transportation as indicated in motor coaches between Kelowna and Tofino and Jasper and Calgary - Rail ticket between Prince Rupert and Jasper in Touring Class - Charter flights from Tofino to Sandspit on Haida Gwaii based on 16 pax per aircraft with a max of 25kg per person in luggage - Ferry ticket from Masset (Haida Gwaii) to Prince Rupert - Accommodation as indicated based on double occupancy - Admissions to the venues as specifically indicated above - Meals as indicated excluding beverages - Local guide from tour commencement in Kelowna until Tofino - Guided excursions in Tofino, Haida Gwaii and Prince Rupert as indicated - Gratuities EXCLUSIONS - Beverages - Travel medical and cancellation insurance - HST as applicable TOUR PRICE The tour price for 2019 is not yet available due to airfares, rail & ferry tickets and many hotel rates not being known at this time. The total price is estimated to be between CAD$ 7,900 and $8,100 per person based on double occupancy based on a group size of 32 persons. The group size will have to be fixed close to 32 pax due to the charter flight between Tofino and Haida Gwaii. A prorated GST/HST will be in addition to this amount and will be calculated once we know the final price. We suggest that we would collect a $500 deposit per person to secure a space on the tour. This will be fully refundable until the final tour price is confirmed and then subject to additional payment terms as advised at that time. Hotels and specific tour features mentioned above are also subject to change depending on availability and the flow of the overall tour program. The tour price indication above is an estimate only based on information available to us at this time and a reasonable project of price escalation. The final price will be confirmed as soon as possible, but likely about 1 year in advance of the tour.
