The Canadian Rockies magnificent peaks span from the Interior Plains of Alberta to the Rocky Mountain Trench of British Columbia. Made of shale and limestone, and tipped with sparkling white snow, they re so beautiful that UNESCO made them a World Heritage site. They re also so tall, only advanced mountaineers can tackle them. But you don t have to climb them. Upon arrival at Calgary International Airport we go for brief orientation tour of Calgary and then go to Banff National Park. (Meals: L, D) Day 02: Discover Banff & Lake Louise - Full Day (Jul. 24 Aug. 6) After breakfast we explore Banff national park. See and learn about wildlife behavior, habitat, and their winter survival adaptations. Your time will be spent enjoying the sights, taking photos, and participating in short walks to view points, on the many stops of the tour.
